Crystal clean hotel with restaurant - spacious rooms

English speaking staff. There's parking just in front of the hotel and they have a tasty Bulgarian restaurant next door (also part of the complex). The hotel is crystal clean and offers a bigger size than the average for the same price. Very calm location.

Lovely stay.

I liked this great value hotel very much. Lovely big room which was spotlessly clean and had a comfortable balcony. Breakfast was simple but very nice and served in a welcoming room. I also used the restauarnt both nights I stayed and the food was delicious. Situated in a quiet part of town but within a short walk to the Thracian tombs and about 15 minutes to the town centre and Rose Museum. The owners were very nice indeed and really went the extra mile when I had a problem with my phone. Highly recommended.

Its not a big deal but just for information. For most of the day when I was there the reception was not staffed but its easy to contact the owner to be admitted.

Feeling like home! Fully recommend this location!

The stay was absolutely amazing. Since our arrival all the stuff was extremely friendly and welcoming. We have received a lot of travel recommendations. We have ate at their restaurant, which is the no 1 on Trip Advisor as being the best restaurant in town. The food was extremely delicious and the atmosphere was very pleasant!

Cozy hotel in a nice town

Kind and helpful staff, comfortable room, and a great breakfast! The staff welcomed me and treated me like a member of their family. They helped me find the local supermarket and provided information about bus timetables for the day trip I had planned. The room was large and cozy. Good heating and soundproofing. The breakfast was freshly made and delicious!

This is a marvellous place. It’s run by the nicest of families who made us very welcome and we couldn’t possibly fault it. The breakfasts were great and we had dinner at the restaurant both nights and were very happy with that too.

I have never experienced such a level of personal attention and proactive attitude! The owner himself prepared my breakfast every morning and added his personal touch for my birthday (he had noticed from my id). I even made friends with the owners cat, who visited me on the balcony. The swallows woke me up on my birthday which was so special!!

Really enjoyable and comfortable.

The room was amazing - very well furnished. The bed mattress was really comfortable - something I rarely find even at luxury hotels in Bulgaria. The restaurant is right next door and they have a rich menu offering with good food quality and prices on the modest end.

Pleasant surprise

We stayed with my girl and the kiddo for a night at the hotel and we were very delighted from the person who met us at the property as he greeted us warmly, offered us earlier breakfast as we had to check out before 8am when the breakfast starts. The hotel has its restaurant serving variety of local dishes at decent price + very delicious whatever we ordered for dinner, and 10% off if you are guest of the hotel. The room we had for the evening was spacious,extremely clean and with nice balcony. Definitely if we have to stay again in Kazanlak that is the place we are going to go again without checking on other properties.

Short painless stay in a clean hotel

A good and clean small hotel for a stopover in Kazanlak with helpful staff and good facilities, very spacious rooms. Breakfast absolutely OK, staff very kind, they've waited for me even though I arrived much later than announced in the night.

An amazing stay

The room was just perfect with all u need for a short stay. All was very clean and comfortable. The family are very helpful and friendly. I absolutely recommend to eat in the restaurant, also managed by the family. The food is traditional bulgarian and its outstanding good, the breakfast too. Many thanks that you make our short stay quite perfect!
