Great location!

Breakfast - very generous portions, freshly prepared. Staff on reception very welcoming. Location was excellent for town centre.

To be avoided! The most rude and disrespectful staff I have encountered in all my travels around the

I didn't have breakfast. The hotel's location – although central – is right on the street, which means constant road traffic; and the hotel doesn't have proper sound insulation (or possibly none at all).

The toilet bowl cannot be used!! More precisely, despite the bathroom being very large, the toilet is positioned in such a way that it is completely unusable. You have to struggle just to relieve yourself. This is unacceptable! Another negative aspect – the hotel’s underground parking consists of EXACTLY two spaces, which are almost unusable. I was genuinely relieved that I managed not to scratch my car against the basement walls, the maneuvers are that difficult. Cleanliness was very disappointing – I arrived on Friday and left on Sunday, during which time: no one vacuumed, no towels were changed, and the trash bins were not emptied.

A very strange experience. I chose this hotel because of the very high rating it got, 9.2. I find it difficult to see how this high rating came to being... Let's start from the best part of this hotel: The staff. They are WONDERFUL! Always do everything they can to help you, really kudos to them. Another good point is the cleanliness of the hotel, it is very good. All the rest is dubious. The hotel does have free parking places, only I don't know how many. Maybe three, maybe 5. In any case, there are much more rooms in the hotel than that, so don't take free parking for granted. The hotel offers breakfast for 20 Lev that we didn't use, so I can't say how good it is. You can get a nice breakfast in the nearby bakery for less The room we got was rather small, but the crazy thing was the bathroom. The shower was not isolated by anything from the rest of the bathroom. The draining is on the other hand in the center of the bathroom floor and therefore when taking a shower the whole floor of the bathroom is flooded. You might find yourself standing in two centimeters of water. apart from the strangeness of this, being over 70 years old, it is a clear danger for us of slipping. We have changed eventually three rooms, all three had the same issue, so "it is not a bug, it is a feature".... We disliked this "feature" very much and hence the low rating, despite the wonderful staff.

No bell boy to help with the luggage, but there’s a lift, so not a big hindrance.

Very nice hotel and big rooms. There was a private jacuzzi in the room. Stuff was nice. The hotel is on the main street and you can get to most places within 10 minutes of walk.

The hard candy, the soap, theres a balcony. It was clean at least. They had free parking.

Great hotel with wonderful staff

The staff were very hospitable. Everything in the design, to the smallest detail, was perfectly matching and corresponded to the 'diamond' in the hotel's name. The places of interest in the town are within walking distance

It is at the start of the city's pedestrian street, across street from the archeological museum/gallery. The location is very good. The staff is very helpful and nice. The reserved parking space is right in front of the door. The hotel has its own bar and cafe. The staff also can recommend good restaurants around.

Great hotel in a very central location. Great value for money!

The staff. The girl on reception, Marie I think, when we arrived, couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. We had messaged ahead to explain that i had just come out of hospital that day and had very limited mobility and she was exceptionally helpful in making my life as easy as possible. The hotel itself is situated right in the heart of Kazanluk but was not noisy at all. Everything was clean and in good order. This hotel is great value for money. Would definitely recommend it.
