There was bad smell in the bathroom

The property is in walking distance to the city center while being in a relatively quiet residential area. Some people might find this a negative, but we enjoyed the presence of two roosters in the yard next door, as it felt like living on a farm or a small village when they announced the sunrise early in the morning :) Everything we needed including two amazing restaurants, two grocery stores and even the autobus and railway stations were a short walk away. The room was clean and comfortable, the insects screen on the window was very appreciated. We had access to a large private bathroom on the same floor. Communication with the property owners before and after arrival was excellent.

Sounds like nitpicking, but the pillows could have been a bit softer.
