A very good choice for a hotel in Kazanlak

A pleasant surprise was the free upgrade to an apartment while I booked and paid for a room. Very spacious apartment, spacious bathroom, comfortable bed. Very good breakfast. Free parking by the hotel. Located at few steps from the central square.

Clean and well decorated property, spacious rooms and good spa facilities. Reception staff very professional and breakfast has good options.

Greet stay in the capital of roses

Everything. Location- 2 minutes from central square, 10 minutes to Rosarium park and museum in quiet street. Closed private parking. Wonderful breakfast, good aircondition. Lovely personal at the reception Large room with nice bathroom and separate bidet. Really deserves it's 4 stars.

Really nothing. Only the bath was a little bit high to enter specially for people like us overweighted and over 65

One night stay in trip to Istanbul

- the hotel is very close to the central park, - the rooms are quite new and modernized, even though the hotel looks like it's from the communist era. - the bed is huge, we slept very comfortably - the breakfast was excellent, among the best little breakfasts I've found at a hotel so far.

- one inconvenience being the time until which breakfast is served, 09.30, which is a bit too early if you're on vacation. - in the morning there were workers painting/repairing in the reception and on the terrace.. quite disturbing for a couple who wants to drink a coffee in peace and relaxation

Very clean, nice and friendly staff. In the city centre. Private parking lot. Breakfast was perfect. I will definately come back again when in Kazanlak.

Very good

This was about as a I expected. The reviews are accurate! My room was quite large and very clean, and made for a comfortable night. The staff at the desk were helpful when I needed a taxi (thank you to the girl with the long hair!), and the place felt safe and was in a good location to walk to everything.

It was a little overpriced for Bulgaria and given it's an older hotel. The breakfast was also a little sketchy considering the price (foods were old, for example the fruit in the bowl was expired/not edible).

Exceptional

The hotel is nicely located and the staff is absolutely polite and supportive. If you want to understand, what customer-orientation really means, you should stay in this hotel. Breakfast selection is rich, and the lunch and dinner menu is excellent. Good selection of wines in any price range. This was definitely not the last time for me visiting this hotel.

Good overall, great room if you pay the premium a suite, breakfast could be improved.

The Junior Suite was great, it has ample space and privacy, decor is a bit on the old school side but quite nice, and has a good view.

Breakfast was medium and also quantities were insufficient, often they ran out and didn't replace them so if you didn't get there early it wasn't great.

The Swedish buffet for breakfast was fine.

cigarette smoke in the hotel corridors, lobby, stairs, and even room. but we offered another room with windows facing to the different side. in that room, there was no cigarette smell. however, the radiators in the room were off, and we did not want to heat by the airconditioner. so we slept at 18C.

A fine big en suite bathroom, but I thought the abscence of a rubber bathmat created an unneccessary accident risk of falling in the bath while having a shower.
