New hotel. Located in city center. Has own parking. Wi FI was good. Friendly and cooperative stuff.

Three options for breakfast. Just one beverage for breakfast is included in breakfast menu - if order water, no coffee - and opposite.

Great accommodation in the heart of Kazanlak

The hotel is very clean, even on the balcony all surfaces were perfectly clean. The staff is very friendly and ready to help you

A very pleasant stay!

The hotel is brand new and all the interior looks very well made. The apartment, we stayed in, was specious and equipped with everything our family needed. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the air conditioning system was high class. We had very pleasant stay overall.

This was a gorgeous place to stay. It was spotlessly clean; beds and furniture were comfortable and parking was safe and easy. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

It was so new that there were a few things missing;i.e., waste bins and other unimportant things.

Rooms: Very impressive. Large air conditioned rooms with high quality comfortable furniture. The mattress and pillows are excellent. The bath room is amazing. Very big screen TV. Highly recommended place. Safety: igh quality large lifts. The air condition facility control is operative with user friendly panel providing comfortable healthy stay for the room occupants, especially for older visitors/ guests. There is security staff available 24/7. Free of charge Safe private parking (under and open air, open air parking is equipped with 2 charging stations for e-cars). Walkability: Very suitable/ convenient place for guests with mobile difficulties, obstructions. Food & drinks: The hotel provides hi-quality brand drinks and breakfast snacks (muffins and croissant). I got and enjoyed the nice Italian brand espresso coffee there.

Уникален хотел, Поздравления

Този хотел надхвърли очакванията ни. Уникална чистота, поддържан, персоналът беше на ниво. Стаите са изключително приятни с голямо високо лего, голям смарт телевизор, хубаво кафе в стаята и други удобства. Хотелът е на минути пешеходно разстояние от центъра и има удобен паркинг пред хотела както и подземен. Иска ни се всички хотели да поддържат такова ниво. Поздравления.

Приятен престой в нов хотел, има какво да се доразвие

Хотелът е нов.Апартаментът беше модерно обзаведен и много удобен, особено леглото и меката мебел. Закуската беше приятна, а възможността да бъде сервирана в стаята е плюс. Кафето Illy като комплимент и част от закуската беше чудесен детайл.

В закуската липсваха зеленчуци, което би я направило по-балансирана. Дизайнът на мивката в банята е неудобен за ползване. Терасата гледаше директно към жилищен блок отсреща, което намалява усещането за уединение.

Sehr schönes neues Hotel.

Es ist ein neues Hotel. Sehr gut eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ist sehr übersichtlich. Aber es schmeckt. Das Frühstück kann auf dem Zimmer oder im Frühstücksraum eingenommen werden. Es wird vom sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern pünklich, wie bestellt, geliefert. Nachts ist es auf dem Balkon sehr hell. In den Zimmern dann leider auch. Die Vorhänge sind dann hilfreich. Wenn das Frühstück weiter verbessert wird und die Lampen auf dem Balkon abschaltbar sind wäre alles super. Das Hotel kann ich sehr empfehlen. Die Lage ist auch gut. Parken kann man im Keller, im Preis enthalten, oder vor der Tür. Die Betten sind sehr bequem.

Es gab nur wenig Auswahl zum Frühstück. Das Licht auf dem Balkon ist nervig, wenn man mit offenem Fenster und nicht in völliger Dunkelheit schlafen möchte. Die Dusche könnte noch besser getrennt werden, so dass es im Bad keine Überschwemmung gibt.

La colazione è molto limitata, si può scegliere fra tre diverse combinazioni fisse e se si chiede un caffè in più si paga. La colazione è servita nella reception con tavoli da max 4 persone. Purtroppo come ormai di moda, la doccia è aperta ed è inevitabile allagare il bagno.

Personalul foarte amabil, oferă toate informatiile necesare. Se cunoaște ca este un hotel deschis de curând, totul este la fel ca in poze, camerele spațioase, la fel si baia. În camera exista espressor de cafea cu capsule, dar si mini bar aprovizionat. Hotel are parcare exterioara, dar si la subsol. Este aproape de centrul orașului.

Sehr nettes Personal, sauberes Zimmer, Parkanlage, großzügiges Kompliment vom Hotel.

Verbesserungsvorschläge: Klima-Display zu stark leuchtend in der Nacht, nur eine Rolle Toilettenpapier, das Licht auf dem Balkon stört in der Nacht und kann nicht ausgeschaltet werden

Изключително любезен и отзивчив персонал. Чудесни професионалисти. Безупречна чистота навсякъде в хотела. Високо качество на банята, стаята и леглото. Самото легло също е много удобно. Нямаме никакви забележки. Локацията е отлична – в близост до центъра, но в същото време тиха и спокойна. Наличието на паркинг е голямо преимущество. Препоръчваме с две ръце – прекрасно място за престой.
