The absolutely perfect place to stay in .

Everything about the hotel was a 10 from the welcome we received, the beauty and elegance of the room, equipped with everything one could possibly need, to the quality of the restaurant and the numerous delicious breakfast choices. The location was also perfect, enabling us to walk to all the sites in town and easily drive out of town for a day trip.

I can't remember the last time i gave a 10 out of 10 for a stay. I have nothing to say ...it was flawless ( location, clean, breakfast, staff, price, size of the room...everything)

Amazing value and comfort

Wow! In terms of value for money, this has to be at the top of any list - we had a marvellous room complete with enormous sofa and great big bed with lots of space. Staff were very helpful. The restaurant was excellent with great staff there. Overall, it was a terrific hotel.

Perfect Hotel

Hotel is really gorgeous and so warm and comfortable. It's a real gem and great find. Spotlessly clean, amazing towels and bedding and fabulous bath. Breakfast very fresh and delicious. Restaurant is really excellent the food was delicious and again very fresh. We absolutely loved it all. Doby on Reception is so polite and a real gentleman, he made our trip even more lovely. Restaurant staff very welcoming and gentle, loved the decor so cozy too.. We had a truly lovely time eventhough was for dental work!! Fantastic dentist in Kazanlak well worth it.

We can't say anything negative at all Wish we could have stayed longer.....

Great pleace, location and people, deffiney go stay there when in Kazanlak!

The hotel is new and very clean, the room was great (and very, very clean). The stuff was nice, polite and very kind. The restaurant on the 4th floor is very nice as well, we had live music which I find for a great idea. No comments for the meals - all was delicious :-)

It is relative recently refurbished and everything inside looks new, clean and coazy, friendly stuff, good breakfast
