Overall nice stay.

Location close to town centre with no issues parking. Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Modern. Fridge provided. Air conditioning.

Keypad for entry system wasn't immediately obvious. Better instructions on how to get pad visible would be helpful. Bathroom fan not effective which meant room was wet for long periods, possibly why mould on grouting. Kettle, cups and saucers provided but no spoons. A small amount of tea, coffee and sugar would be useful which guests could add to if needed. Bin needed emptying daily. Lots of rubbish bags unsightly and inconvenient. Toilet rolls not replenished daily so had to purchase extra. Although air conditioning was working we seemed to have trouble getting cooler temperature when required. Perhaps just needs copy of instructions.

The host was friendly and arranged a quick tour for us. The toilet was clean and all the bare essentials were there.

The place was really small and didn't have much facilities like kitchenette.

Our room was next to a stairwell exit . It was noisy with people coming and going at all times of day and night .. The shower head was more miss than hit. The guest rooms were not welll signposted from the Main Street . Very difficult to find particularly with our lack of Bulgarian language

The rooms are all brand new and latest tech. There was cable, a small fridge, coffee as in a Airbnb. Very impressed and happy to find someone actually thinks of the little things.

There was a faint smoke odor coming from the bathroom/sewer, but nothing related to the property or owners I think, as smoking is forbidden. Please don't ruin the good property. If you're a smoke addict find somewhere else.

Perfect location, close and convenient. The room was clean and had everything we needed for the stay.

The only complaint we have is that the place is a bit noisy. On both days we were woken up by people who were knocking on the door next to our room but it felt like they were trying to enter ours. Other than that, it was perfect.

To sum it up a very nice place, quiet and not too far from the Main Street, scary to walk at night.

Very quiet and private, only 6 rooms and no lobby, but rooms are very big with big windows, good air conditioning and daily cleaner.

Wasn’t the cleanest, we had 2 towels with blood on them, and it was hard to find even though we were with people who live in Kazanlŭk.

Comfortable clean rooms with convenient central location

The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The whole place is fairly new and feels brand new walking in. Every detail has been thought through. The bathroom is great- we appreciated the glass separating the shower from the rest of the space. The beds and pillows were comfy. The location is just a few blocks from the main square. Highly recommend!

The room is clean, big, comfortable and new. The furniture is stylish. You have everything to feel relaxed if you use conditioner.

The room is on the first floor. You have no view. If you want to open windows you will have noise - the new building is being build near.
