Great value for money, good location, mostly comfortable.
The bed was a bit sweaty. One bedside table had had some water damage and there were cigarette burn holes in the sheets. All was clean though, so it was mostly esthetic. Communication with the site manager was a bit difficult as she speaks Bulgarian only.

Comfortable and affordable place to stay with a great bed, air-conditioning, block out shutters, fridge and kettle and a lovely hot shower.
It was a bit hard to communicate with the location manager in site due to limited English, but that was resolved with Google translate and Whatsapp and communication through the booking contact person. A clogged drain for fixed straight away and loose toilet seat is being repaired. A bit hard to find parking out front but we managed. Not a fan of people smoking out the front with the door open.

My family really liked this hotel. Well located; within about 5-6 minutes from the bus station on foot. It was also clean and comfortable. The wifi was fast and reliable.
We never saw anyone at the counter during our entire stay. That was a bit weird. We did not have a reason to ask them about anything but it would have been nice to see someone and say hello.

The location was nice.
The room smelled like cigarettes; the walls are paper thin, so when the other guests would come in in the middle of the night or check out early in the morning, it sounded like they were doing so in our room; the room itself was run down - there was damage to the walls, the fridge wasn’t working and things were generally falling apart. Lastly, there was a misunderstanding about the rooms on behalf of the staff that wasn’t handled very well.
