Small, clean room in semi basement.

Had a heat pump and a coffee maker with two pods. We had the semi basement room so had to have lights on all the time. Had self check in and host had good communication when we couldn’t find the kettle which apparently went missing.

Windows all fogged up for quite a while after a shower, even with the fan running a long time. Put the dehumidifier on in the hallway, which seemed to help.

Great stay in this room. Self check-in available. Good communication with the host, quick responses. Location is next to the Roses park and very close to the center. So great location. Lovely room, the pillows are quite small though and blankets are a bit too small for tall people (boyfriend is 1m93). Still, very good bathroom with large shower which was very nice. Very clean room and complimentary water. Good price/quality.

The house is accross the Rosarium park, 3 min to the Museum of Roses. Despite the high summer temperatures, in the house is pleasantly cool. No air conditioning and not needed. It is very clean. In thebathroom the shower gel is of roses :). Towels are changed every other day. A walk in the park is always refreshing - the park is well lit during the night, although you can equally enjoy the garden of the house - decorated with taste and with comfortable chairs. The house is 10 minutes walk to the town centre - lots of flowers there and green areas, benches to rest, nice cafes and eateries. The town in general is rather friendly - people are calm and polite, buildings are neat, street - clean. No ugly graffity. There are lits of children and kids playgrounds. The old people are nicely dressed and active. Indeed, in the town I saw many medical centres. Also lits if pet treatment places. Accross the Rosarium park passes thebus to Shipka town. It is worth visiting Shipka memorial church, also Shipka peak. Near Shipka (in theValley of the Thracian Rulers) are located a large number of the Thracian tombs, most famous of which is Golyamata Kosmatka tomb. In Kazanlak you can see the treasures from the tombs, notably of Odrysian king Seutes III, in Iskra hystory museum. It is nice to back in time at the Ethnographic museum located nearby.

Lovely stay in Kazanluk

Good location opposite the rose park with fairly easy street parking next to the property, even during the rose festival. A short walk to the pedestrian route to the center of town, 10 minutes. Helpful host. A good sized room for two people (deluxe studio). Good WiFi, very nice sized bathroom with a good shower. Comfy bed. Clean and well maintained, a lovely stay.

No kitchen towel. The air conditioning worked but struggled a bit to maintain a comfortable temperature. Be aware that cars need to be parked facing in the direction of travel on the street or they will be towed away. A strange rule so be aware.

Quiet, clean, cosy place

Perfect location right next to the beautiful Rosarium park and Museum of the Rose, while at the same time just a 10 mins walk from city center. Quiet, clean, cosy place to stay and enjoy Kazanlak. Studio is more than well equipped with everything necessary - kitchenette, toiletries, comfortable and clean beds, nothing was spared. Highly recommending :)

Central and spotlessly clean

We booked the hotel last minute and were really happy with the rooms we got. They were spotlessly clean and had a lot of space for us, our baby and all the luggage we brought. The design of the rooms was modern and very pleasant. The location of the guesthouse cannot be more central for the town - you are literally steps away from the city park and a few minutes walking from the main pedestrian street. We really appreciated the complimentary coffee provided. Value for money is overall great. Parking was easy and free right outside the guest house.

Not a big issue for us but there were some stairs to climb until you reach you room so if you bring a lot if suitcases or kids strollers (as in our case) things get a bit hard. A few recommendations for breakfast would have been useful.

The room was lovely. Tile work very pretty. Clean, nice balcony. Walking distance to everything. Across the park from the rose museum. Great place to center your visit to Kazanlak.

This is a newly built, fully equipped apartment hotel. The room is very clean, and the house sits right next to the rose garden, the heart of Kazanlak. Staffs there are friendly and helpful. I would recommend anyone visiting the city to consider this hotel.

Very nice, comfy and beautiful room. Superb design. Location is very central. The hostess was very kind. She let me park the car inside, but there is also street parking as well in case hotel is busy. Hotel has no breakfast, but that is not an issue, as 5 minutes from it there is excellent Italian bakery - highly recommended, outperforms any hotel breakfasts)

Maybe some street noise, due to central location. Not a fault of the hotel, windows are well insulated, but some noise can break in and affect sensitive sleepers.

Light-filled, quiet, freshly fitted out and very comfortable studio apartment; really comfortable bed; and helpful hosts. Our balcony overlooked the adjoining park through the treetops. Excellent value fo money.
