Luxury Spa Complex VALENTINA

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious, very clean, and the furniture was in excellent condition. We were even allowed to use the swimming pool after the official opening hours, which we really appreciated. The food was delicious and the kitchen was very good. The pool had warm natural thermal water, which was a rare and wonderful experience. We also had a beautiful view of the mountains and surrounding nature from our room. Everything was excellent and fully met our expectations.

Everything was very good. One electrical socket in the room did not work, but it was such a minor issue that it did not affect our stay at all.

Добра и спокойна локация. Стаите са големи, добре обзаведени и поддържани. Собствениците и персонала са приятни и много отзивчиви (имахме казус с телевизора и веднага ни замениха устройството за телевизия). Басейнът е топъл, а спа зоната е ок за релакс. Благодаря за гостоприемството

atitudinea personalului scade dorinta de a mai trece vreodata pe aici ATENTIE! nu beti apa din sticla de acasa ,ca sunteti taxati cu 15,34 euro ca si pe alcool nu ti se spune asta de la inceput! este surpriza de ,,bine ca ai ajuns la noi mare scandal si suparare ca am cerut factura si bonuri fiscale dupa ce am vazut ca ne taxeaza pentru ce scoatem din geanta.
