It is honestly one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in.

Staff is kind.

It’s dirty in the rooms, unpleasant corridor smell, even it’s relatively new property is poorly maintained well. The dinner in the restaurant was terrible.

The outdoor environment is good. The food was good and diverse.

The interior was a poor plastic imitation of the luxury one. The SPA facilities were not on constantly. You have to beg every time something to be turned on. The Finish sauna worked only on Saturday. It was turned off on Sunday and Monday. When we asked we were deceived that it was just turned on. There were a moss in the steam bad (very healthy, a). It was panelled with plastic panelled instead of teracota tiles. And you know how the plastics behave under high temperature. There were not terrace and no mountain view although it was in the booking.

It was good in general but I would expect more for 5 star hotel

The design of the lounge and the rooms is very nice. The staff were super nice and helpful. The food was really good and diverse. It is great that let dogs and children

There is a lot of noise in the room coming from the corridors. I could hear all the people arriving in the afternoon with children running around when I was having a rest. At night I could hear a dog barking for a few hours. Had to call the reception to look after that which they did and that was good. The swimming pools areas are nothing special for a 5 stars hotel. No nice view or good design. Same for the whole spa area apart from the recetion which has modern design. There was something in renovation next to the outdoor pool which looked a bit unpleasant. It is also very hard to find a free sunbed.

Престоят ни беше кратък и неприятен

Служителите на рецепцията бяха любезни и отзивчиви. Това е единственото положително нещо за хотела. Наложи ни се да прекратим престоят си предсрочно. Тъй като имахме резервирани две нощувки, но служителите на рецепция съдейставаха да не плащаме неустойка за втората нощувка, за което сме благодарни и това направи добро впечатление.

Да започна още от общите части на хотела. При натискане на бутон за “извикване” на асансьорите се чака поне пет минути (в най-добрият случай). Бяхме настанени на четвъртия етаж, където още с излизането от асансьора се усещаше неприятна миризма в общите части, за разлика от партерния етаж на който е рецепцията. Стаята беше мръсна, с части от клечки за зъби разпиляни по пода. А банята - мръсна, амортизирана и с откачена лайсна (за сведение са прикачени снимки). Така нареченото спа е доста бледо подобие на такова. Две смешно малки джакузита за по един-двама души, които се пускат от “спасителя”. За първи път попадам на подобна организация в “пет звезден” хотел. Мокри плочки, на пода в цялото “спа”, по които спокойно може да се хлъзнете. Така наречената “билкова сауна” - без аромат на билки и доста тясна, също така. Същото важи и за парната баня. Има вътрешен басейн, който беше претъпкан, но за сметка на това затоплен. Има външен “басейн”, който е с хладка вода и “зеленясал”. Това може би беше най-краткият ми престой в спа зона изобщо, не повече от 10 минути. В ресторанта на вечеря храната имаше избор между 3-4 основни ястия, които не бяха изобщо вкусни. При вида на десертите реших да не рискувам да консумирам. Масите в ресторанта са разположени хаотично и е трудно да сърфираш между тях, особено ако носиш и чиния. Сервитьорите в ресторанта, ако се разминават с вас между хаотично разположените масите с удоволствие ще те избълскат, независимо, че си клиент. През нощта за съжаление от “качествената храна” на вечеря в ресторанта на хотела, получих стомашен дискомфорт. Преживяването беше съпътствано от доста остра и неприятна миризма през цялото време, идваща от канализацията в банята. Слезнах до рецепция, да помоля за лекарства, служителят там направи всичко възможно да потърси лекарста, защото просто не носих такива със себе си, но за конкретния случай нямаше подходящи (киселини и гадене). Наложи се да ходя в 02:30 ч.

Една забележителна комбинация от условия и обслужване. Нито една забележка, пропуск или липса. Наистина получихме кратка, но много приятна и полезна почивка. С отношение и отлична кухня ни спечелиха и занапред!

Хотелът е много добре изпълнен, личи си вниманието към детайла. Обслужването е на ниво, предлаганата храна беше разнообразна и много добре приготвена. Зоната с различните сауни ни допадна, както и магнезивия басейн. Пробвахме и масажи, от които останахме много доволни.

Има нужда от малък магазин с най-необходимите принадлежности на територията на хотела. Обстановката около хотела не е най-приятна за разходка пеша, но с кола има различни места, които могат да се посетят като Щраусовата ферма например или яз. Копринка.

Единственото, което отчитам като минус е, че вечерята на теория е включена, но на практика се заключват машините за напитки, така че да не можеш да си взимаш, а да си поръчваш от бара.

Хотелът е страхотен! Всичко ми хареса от локацията до отношението на персонала! Чистотата е на завидно ниво, храната е вкусна, разнообразна и повече от вкусна! Удобна и много комфортна стая! Поздравления за голямата баня и наличието на душ извън ваната, което липсва във всички други хотели, които съм посещавала (а те не са малко). СПА-то... оооо няма такъв топъл басейн... Прекрасен е!!! За плуващите може би е малко горещ, но за балнеохотел е просто ПЕРФЕКТЕН! Имате огромно БРАВО от мен!!! Ще ви препоръчам на всичките ми приятели и познати, а аз и семейството ми ще се върнем отново!!! БЛАГОДАРЯ за прекрасния уикенд! Бъдете здрави и благословени!
