Pleasant and it proved to be reasonably beneficial on a long run.

It was very clean, bedding was changed every 3-4 days and the room hoovered every day, medical staff very kind and helpful, doctors available if consultation needed. Dietary requirements met.

Perhaps the range of treatments could be widened. The type of medical belt on sale at the property, if the treatment requires the use of one, is comfortable and made of cotton, but easily develops mechanical problems which is unfortunate.

The bathroom was very uncomfortable. You should consider locking the front door at 10 p.m. When the hotel is full you may need to increase your dining time!

This facility is not booking.com pattern and quality .Do not recommended for frequent travelers.

I am using booking.com for 85% of my stays abroad and in my native country Bulgaria. First . I was surprised that I paid 10% more for the accommodation and had no right to use the National health Insurance free balneological treatments. That was the explanation the clinic gave me after I asked . This because I made the reservation via booking.com. During all my stay I was reminded from the owner and from the stuff that this is not a hotel .Its a clinic. So then why the Clinic is sold also via booking.com.

Breakfast /Dinner Were served in a kitchenette small and not enough to host all guests even without the covid19 restrictions. The food is not prepared in the clinic but transported 35 km . The notice at the entrance of the kitchenette say . Breakfast from 8:00 - 9:00 . this means that one family ( room ) has only 30 min time interval to have breakfast . Dinner: Working time from 18:30 - 21:00 Floor 1 : 18:30 to 19:00 Floor 2 : 19:00 to 19:30 So again as guest you have to swallow your dinner for 30 min. When I asked why > The reply was that I can stay till 21:00 .Ok but what about each 16 rooms , ab say 20 guests decide to stay till 21:00 . No room. I have send a message to the hotel first eve about the above problem. Next day the owner of the Hotel ( Getchev son) was definitely showing me that he is not happy with my remark. Next days followed different cases when I felt not at home as I usually do in a hotel. Last day I was invited in the office of the Owner and he was behaving very badly due to the fact that I asked the reception to find my husbands perfume which he forgot in the first room we were accommodated. I was happy that I was checking out that day.

I booked this hotel stay for my mum and dad as a present. They are so so happy from everything! They said all is perfect! People working there been so good with them! All therapy s so good! Foods excellent and delicious! With one word: Everything been excellent! Thank you so much! Every year we will arrange to go there definetelly! I reccomend!
