Nice room nice spa

Beautiful room nice spa great pool some friendly stuff . Bathtub sofa. At least calm in the morning.

‎Good there was breakfast for one leva but i couldn't go there because was so tired because of loud bass until midnight i came here to rest i wanted to give 10 points and wished to come back and thank you for help too but i also wished you would have answered my message i have asked many many days before arrival and the sauna & steambath were not working during openingtimes ( whirlpool not bubbly) than even something else unacceptable happened. And i thought i have to leave during the night because the bass was so unsayble loud and vibrating in the room. I wanted to paint and rest here. sadly i couldn't go to the breakfast ‎I hoped to find fruits because i am vegan ‎I am very very disappointed. ‎Room is very nice ‎I couldn't use it much because during the time where i wanted to work and meditate it was crazyloud. A child couldn't be here at all. For a baby this kind of noise is very dangerous. When i called first a few times noone spoke english like written online. I lived in croatia 3 years i only understand very little. I live in nature without electricity and bathtub,which i need regularly because of my handicap and disEases. I wanted to do something special but this noise destroyed everything & the spa was open to shorty in the evening but louddisco instead,you should inform people before about. I washed to ask if i can go to spa after checkout but i am to tired to even stayawake. And the other thing that happened is more than unpolite ‎Sorry ‎Thank ‎you. ‎God bless you. I hope for other guests at least here will be silence at night always.

Laud music until 00:00. Not recommending

Clean and big room.

Restaurant with high bass vibes just below the rooms is working until 00:00. Music was so laud that you cannot sleep and rest. It was Tuesday, not even weekend! Legislation says loud music is untill 10 p.m? This place is out of law regulations. Too noisy and definitely not Family friendly place to stay. No desk service for arrivers at 8:30 pm. No call to inform there is nobody to welcome you. Information saying 24 hours service is misleading. No desk person to issue invoice in the morning. They start at 9a.m? Would not recommend. Typical ruin of tourism and expulsion of tourists

Great place to stay but not quiet

The hotel is close to the town center. Very clean and the rooms look great.

The rooms are right above the restaurant which is very noisy until quite late (1am).

it was alright for the amount of money we paid.

the size of the room was great, the dj at the restaurants was good as well.

the spa didn’t work properly. The sauna was off… the jacuzzi was dirty.

Disaster!!! I want my money back!

The staff didn’t clean our room for the 3 day stay. Extremely dirty and badly maintained hotel. Insanely loud music till 1 am at night from their restaurant downstairs. Horrible smell from the sewer and kitchen under our window. They hid the AC remote and the AC wall unit didn’t work in 35 degree summer heat. No hairdryer, water bottles, coffee/tea, shampoo and soap in the room. No phone connection with the reception desk from the room. And there was never a receptionist at the desk. The steam room didn’t work and the sauna and jacuzzi were set for only 10 min. Gym was opened only till 7 pm?!?

A place with a potential.

The hotel it is on the way to be three or more stars. It is nice and we'll equipped. The relax area is well made and comfortable. With a few options. We particularly liked the steam shower and the sauna. It was rather relaxing.

Well, for one the hotel is called family hotel, but they have opened the restaurant for parties and noisy nights. The music could be heard on the second floor as good as in the restaurant. The party lasted well in the 2am. The food needs a bit of work on it's presentation. The main course was supposed to be clean cut of pork with a bit of gravy souce. It ended up breaded pork with watery gravy. The table wasn't clean the staff just flipped the top cover upsidedown. There was gum on the cruet. The place was a bit understaffed, which is understandable in the COVID era we live in. Also, very inconvenient that no card payments are accepted in 2021. As a recommendation I would suggest that the hotel gets some hygiene supplies guests can buy at reception. Like toothpastе, pads, etc.

The room was nice and clean. And we had a lovely balcony.

It was very noisy, nevertheless our room was on the other side of the hotel. The music from the restaurant was till 00:00 and for people with small child was not OK. Also after 19 pm there was no staff on the reception desk, also during the day was missing very often. Also the food was not something spectacular. As for the breakfast - very poor.

The location is perfect. The staff was really welcoming. Price was absolutely relateable to the conditions. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

We were missing toilet paper and soap in one of the rooms.

La ubicació i el preu

El personal no ens va gairebé atendre. En arribar ens van donar les claus i prou. En marxar ningú ens va fer el check out. No hem vist cap persona del personal en cap moment de la nostra estada. És molt sorollós. Cada nit hi ha música al restaurant de l’hotel. Se sent fins i tot en les habitacions que no donen al jardí.
