The worst experience ever

NOTHING. This property is beyond disgusting and basically a health hazard.

We initially booked for 14 nights as the pictures on here look fine, we don’t expect much however walking in to the room I knew straight away I had made a mistake. The room immediately smelled STRONGLY of urine and looking around it just got worse, the room was dirty, the coffee table drawer was full of cigarette ash and mould. The toilet didn’t flush at all, the air conditioning did not work, the mattress and sheets were dirty and stained, the pillows were full of massive lumps, the deposit safe didn’t even have a door let alone batteries. We stayed 24 hours and decided to check out. We spoke to the staff the next day and told them our concerns and as it turns out they told us everything we wanted to hear (nothing of the truth) that once we put in for a refund to booking.com they would agree to refund us as they said booking.com still had possession of our payment, but instead they did not respond to booking.com and have now received our payment. I have since reached out to them directly and have not been able to come to a resolution. I would never recommend anyone to stay here.

Treat me like family every visit since 2002. Love staying here. Came as a guest once over 20 years ago and have made lifelong friends.

Disappointing

the room was old with damp and plaster was falling off. the toilet was in a bad state and needed fixing and the sink was clogged. the bathroom door and handle were broken and wouldn't close. it was very noisy you could hear everything from next door and outside. a child from the family who lived there screamed for hours and we couldn't calm down. the mattress was hard and very damp. I dont know about other rooms but ours was disappointing

Simple and basic rooms, good location in the heart of Kuta. Only stayed for one night between arriving to the airport and travelling the islands.

Good choice for spending a few days in Kuta

The garden and pool give the place a good vibe. Although not far from bustling Jl Legian, it is quiet!! Even though we did not use the pool, it is nice to look at under the palm trees. There is always somebody at reception. Internet is fast. Our bed was good. The price-value ratio is actually very good. Would come back.

Sari Indah Cottages could be little gem if more attention would be taken with regard to the bathroom, in particular to the appliances which need to be not only fixed but replaced, as well as the bathroom door at least in the room we stayed at.
