The location of this Hotel is 5mins walking towards to Copacabana Beach. 1 minute to Copacabana Metro ( in front of the hotel). Lots of store you can buy food.. The breakfast iis buffet style and lots of fruits and bread choices.. the Staff are so nice.. safe area to stay.

Rooms are run-down and housekeeping sometimes reuses towels that were on the floor for replacement after a few days!
Reception staff is very rude, check was late without any apology. There are better hotels at Copacabana or rather go to Ipanema!

However, to truly match its high-end "Design" branding, there are a few areas where the guest experience could be elevated:
Attention to Detail: The housekeeping team should prioritize more thorough dusting of surfaces and furniture to maintain the sleek aesthetic.
Flooring Maintenance: Ensuring more consistent vacuuming of the rooms would go a long way in making the space feel truly pristine for new arrivals.
Overall, it is a solid pick for its location and style, provided these small refinements in cleanliness are addressed

After having very clearly demanded in my booking a quiet room far from traffic noise etc., I was given a room directly on the main noisy road, which moreover had not a complete hermetic closing. I insisted for a room switch, even of inferior quality but quieter (considering that the cleaning service confirmed me that many inside rooms were still not occupied) but the reception staff denied firmly any possible solution. In the evening I talk again to the receptionist, who was more compliant, but referred me to the next morning staff. What I did, but with the same results as the day before --while there were plenty of people leaving rooms-. I spent then two horrible nights, listening to every car in the street and even dogs from the neighbouring favelas, just thanks to the absolute unhelping receptionists. Moreover, very narrow rooms, bad functioning windows (I couldn't open it nor closing it properly). Very overpriced for overall quality. Don't recommend at all.
