Ok for near the airport.

Somewhere cheap not too far from the airport before flight.

There isn't really a beach. Tiny strip of mucky sand , filthy water and rubbish. The hotel was virtually empty but they insisted on charging us extra per hour for checking in early as we arrived in the morning. We were shattered after arriving from Chile overnight between flights and we wanted a shower and go to bed so paid.

Estacionamento seguro e gratuito, restaurante do hotel com bons pratos e valores justos. Excelente café da manhã, com uma bela vista da Baía de Guanabara. Proximidade do Aeroporto do Galeão. Local seguro.

O quarto que me foi ofertado era muito barulhento, uma vez que ficava ao lado de um ponto final de uma linha de ônibus. Tentei trocar de instalação, porém não houve flexibilidade para tal. Equipe de atendentes não muito simpática.

Não gostei do quarto. Muito barulho da janela, devido ao vento, ela ficava batendo, cama desconfortável. O café não era saboroso, utilizaram uma marca de café barata. Café da manhã razoável.

Colchões e travesseiros em condições bem ruins. Panos de cama encardidos. Goteira do ar condicionado do quarto de cima caindo do lado de fora bem na janela e fazendo barulho super incômodo pra dormir. Cortina black out rasgada e entra claridade. Não colocaram sabonete pra mim no banheiro. Falta espelho e lixo no quarto. Só tem no banheiro!

El personal súper amable y atento El estacionamiento. El restaurante es rico y económico.

Las camas eran incómodas, las almohadas muy finas. La limpieza no era de las mejores, había cosas debajo de la cama. Está en primera línea del mar pero es como un puerto de pescadores y hay gente viviendo en la calle Además las habitaciones dan a una parada de buses que es bastante ruidosa aun en horas de la madrugada.

O hotel é excelente! A equipe é maravilhosa, atenciosa. O hotel é cheiroso desde a recepção até os quartos. O café da manhã é ótimo, diversas variedades, muito linda a vista do restaurante. Nota mil para esse hotel. Voltarei sim mais vezes e superindico, pois vale muito a pena tanto pelo conforto quanto pelo preço. Os colaboradores tudo bem humorados, um cuidado com os hóspedes. O local é muito bom, próximo de ônibus para vários lugares, a comida é muito boa. Bonito para fotos, só precisam atualizar as fotos do local, para conquistarem mais clientes.

Recepção: pouca simpatia, e não foi esclarecido algumas coisas importantes, que deveriam ser orientadas na chegada. Ex. Chaves, horário do restaurante,tipo de comida que sobe... Restaurante: hoje no café,faltou organização e atenção aos clientes, que estavam dando um jeito para sentar na mesa suja do cliente anterior, além de demorar para repor o café, talheres e outras coisas importantes. TV: não pegava os canais descritos no papel.
