Great stay, with room for easy improvement to make it just perfect

Great breakfast, good shuttle service and perfect location for overnights at Rio.

No drinkable water on the rooms, and no water bottles provided for free. I would rather be charged the 6 BRL on the night price and have a bottle on the bathroom to be able to brush my teeth. Bottles are available at the reception and the frigobar. Ehen asking for a iron to go over my clothes they indicated a room was set up for this on the 2nd floor. I did not appreciate having to go around the hotel with the shirt and pants I needed to iron.

V good option for an airport overnight

Although there is a shuttle, its an easy 20 minute walk in daylight. Pool area was very nice. Rooms perfectly nice.

Close-ish to airport and cheap. Otherwise everything else pretty dreadful. Given so cheap though it is ok value.

Location far from any where and everything the only place near by to visit was the beach disappointing lots of rubbish washed up on the rocks the water was green looked gross the sand looked dirty lots of discarded rubbish. Sad to see obviously not the fault of the hotel. Fly in my drink but the staff member did not deduct juice from bill

Good option if you need to stay in a hotel close to GIG

Did the trick, we needed somewhere comfortable to stay for a day until we got our flight out of Rio.

The toilet kept getting blocked and it wasn't the most comfortable place. But it was pretty much what we needed to rest - pool was nice.

If you arrive after 9pm or so the pick up at the airport is really spotty. Best to get a taxi for 70R or wait an hour or more. This happened to us more than once here. Towels are paper thin. Not sure why they do this.

It does the job. It's an ok base if you want to be next to the airport, do not expect anything more than this. It's very, very basic.

Nice staff and breakfast, stained sheets.

The shuttle service was convenient because my parents were scared to drive to the airport to pick up us in the middle of the night, through linha vermelha, they checked in early, got the shuttle, then we all went back to the hotel together by shuttle.

The sheets were somewhat stained and dirty looking , we were too tired to complain at that point. The pool is not heated, very very cold even though it was hot outside.

A very good choice at Rio de Janeiro airport

Good location, just a few minutes from/to the airport by shuttle bus; very friendly and helpful staff; great customer service (they let me check-in a few hours earlier, because my room was already made); clean, well-equipped room with air conditioning and a fridge to cool beverages; very good breakfast.

There is no path/ pavement for pedestrians to walk to/ from the hotel. You can only reach the hotel by the free shuttle service (it says "Linx" and runs every 20 minutes from the departure area, door D). There is nothing to see and to do around the hotel.

Ideal for the airport

The staff first and foremost, the breakfast was excellent, the free shuttle from/ to the airport. A very good place for a night between flights or an early flight or late arrival. Not convenient if a desire to visit the city - no public transport only taxis, but it is an airport hotel! I also like the pool area and the evening meal was well prepared and reasonable in price

Would have preferred to have the shuttle service timetable on line/website. Because i could not get through to the hotel on my phone, and I had arrived on a late flight, I did not know the shuttle ran even through the night. I was ripped off taking a taxi which was for a journey of only 3-4 minutes

Great place to stay near the airport

Great location near the airport with a free regular shuttle (24hr). The food offered at the restaurant was good and reasonably priced. The pool & gym are a great addition.

No where to fill up water bottles which is a shame as there is a great amount of plastic wasted. WiFi didn’t work in the bedrooms.
