Pleased to be on site and not to worry about being late for my 4am check in!!

Wasn't told previously about the pickup arrangements so did the long walk between terminals when was tired. The handy convenience of the hotel outweighed and slight negatives. The room seemed very bare but as it was a transit stop wasn't too worried

You need to understand that this is a place to rest only. Do not expect luxury. If you arrive late at night, and you need to rest, this is a great option. The breakfast is good.

The staff were very helpful and friendly!!!! Great ambassadors for their country- especially as they were the first impression I had of the people of Brazil!!

Got there and had to leave immediately it was so so cold in the room and there was a musty smell was horrible honestly the bed was also very uncomfortable just don’t stay there to to Linx same distance from airport and MUCH better hotel!

Loads of loud noises at night! Very noisy. Bags of shampoo are impossible to open with your bare hands. We where over charged in the end, since we did not use the breakfast, they where going to discount us for the breakfast but we where charged more. There’s no windows. Airco could only be very cold, and since it’s so small the room you are in full wind. How do you get sick. We had to turn it off cause the heat was more comfortable. Last year we where

The property is located in one of the terminal. There is only a 3 minute drive to the other terminal where u can take an early flight.

The property is located in an abandoned terminal. The place remind me an abandoned building in Chernobyl. The access was frightening. The room has no windows.

Our room appears to be beside the room where the staff keep their cleaning materials so it is a bit noisy from time to time and it feels like someone is trying to open our door (but theres none).

The location is convenient as it’s within the airport but you need to get a transfer to get there (which is free). staff was friendly. breakfast was free. we stayed as our flight arrived late. a crib was available for free for our baby. overall cleaning seemed ok

room was really basic - no windows, bed and pillows were just about ok. all decor was very old. there was water dripping from the bathroom ceiling. breakfast was very basic quality. the crib was very old and metal looking like a hospital type, didn’t feel very safe
