Good access to transport. Really appreciate being able to leave luggage with Tony when exploring the city. Really good wifi, Netflix excellent, bedding Really comfy
Small things. Fruit flies by the bin. Towels smelt after use. Maybe curtains needed on windows.

Close to river for kayaking, swimming pool, convenient stop for tram station, 10mins, into Utrecht. Helpful friendly owner
Bit antiquated, very steep and noisy stairs to bed on first floor but sofa settee made up on ground floor, bit noisy with road and train line outside, well equipped electrical appliances, not exceptionally clean though adequate
