Good hotel for business travel with great location for central station

Good choice of hotel for business travel. Located very close to Utrecht central station (short 5 min walk) and close to shops and restaurants. Staff were helpful and friendly and good selection of food choices for breakfast.

It was quite expensive given the city it was in and the location.

Okay but bad smell

Location was very close to the train station.

The lobby of the 13th floor we stayed on smelt like sewage. We had two rooms booked. One room had the sewage smell throughout the room which was unpleasant. The other room did not have the smell.

Comfortable hotel in a very good location

Clean rooms, comfortable beds. No frills stay at NH Utrecht which is approximately 10 mins walk from the main city centre, and less than 5 mins from the train station.

Great hotel to stay in during a visit to a lovely Dutch city

Very spacious room. Great location. Great facilities and friendly staff

Bed was very firm and the sofa bed for the third was not the most comfortable however we still slept fairly well

Was expensive compared to nearby 4 stars luxury hotel closer to city center with good parking, NH mentioned they have parking but when arrived they gave me 2 parking options the nearest was like 10 min walking and costs 35 euro per day

Location, comfy bed, spacious rooms, sweet jars nice touch, bathroom amenities, friendly staff and late check out.

Good location near station. Nicely modernised room with pleasing decor. Beds comfortable and shower powerful and easy to adjust. Friendly staff. Bar and restaurant pleasant to use.

No grab handle in slippery shower (safety risk). Modern ‘bowl’ type washbasin too high so uncomfortable to use. Breakfast good but expensive. Pity the former ‘Railway Bar’ at the top of the tower with views over the station has been closed. Despite new buildings blocking some views it would still be a nice feature.

Slight disappointment

The light look and feel of the room. The desk and big mirror. The ability to control the lights with different switches.

The light shining through the door at night. The inability to crack the window for ventilation. The bathroom design was questionable. I wasn't able to reach the toilet paper properly while using the toilet. I ended up placing the paper on the wash table for easy use. The sink was too small to be able to wash my face comfortably. The shower cubicle could have been broader to my taste. Dirt and hairs ended up in a corner that couldn't be reached due to the short shower hose. The sofa bed was awfully squeaky.

The bathroom wasn't fully clean (there was a hair in the bathtub) but that's really the only thing I can criticize.

Bedframe was old and damaged and quilt had hole on it. Stayed for 2 nights but cleaners never bother cleaning toilet. Complained to staff but didn't get much response

Beautiful stay in Utrecht

Very clean, modern, fresh. It was truly a luxurios experience. It is just next to the train station and a 20 minutes walk from the city centre. You can also leave your luggage at the reception if you arrive earlier.

Warm and helpful stuff; worth to stay because it’s super close to the station/tram

The stuff is so patient and helpful. We accidentally lost a luggage in the room. They kept the luggage all the day and finally we found it! Amazing stuff!

The restaurant is just not bad. The food, I would say, the fish, is not really fresh. But considering it’s a small place, don’t expect too much!

Reception always need to wait for long time. Always only 1-2 person inform desk.

The lift. The room cards. Everyday cannot go with the lift because of the card. When we check out day. only 1 lift is working. We wait for almost 1 hour to go downstairs. We stay at 13 floor.

Received a friendly welcome and staff were very helpful. Great location for train station. Hotel room had all the things you may need (iron, hair dryer etc.). Food in hotel excellent and reasonably priced.
