Budget friendly last minute late night spa experience - lovely stay

24/7 kiosk, very fun entrance, got really good value for my money (sauna and jacuzzi tub inside the room) and a smart TV that you can see from the bed and the sauna, feels very private

Didn’t understand how to get the infrared cabin to work, did a sauna with a temperature between Scandinavian sauna and Sanarium but had a great time, check out is a little bit early in my opinion but it’s ok

I left and booked a different hotel within 1 hour.

Nothing really

I left the room and requested a refund(they did not give it neither did booking.com) the room smelled like smoke. Like someone had smoked in there for a while. I spoke to the woman who works in the cafeteria down stairs who is also attending to the hotel guest and doing bookings, she inspected the room, said she smelled no smoke🙄, but took me to a different room anyway. The second room still had an old wone bottel and two dirty glasses standing in the room. The saunas in both rooms smelled like they had not been cleaned in a while. The staff was not friendly.

It’s pretty bare bones. And no bedside lamp do you have to walk back to your bed in darkness once switching off the overhead light

Very steep steps, almost impossible to climb with luggage and nobody helps. Rooms are weird, too narrow to move comfortably inside.

everything was broken

the staff was very kind and professional

remote controls, tv, the faucets - all broken very dirty walls the floor wasn’t properly cleaned the floor in the infrared sauna was broken as well not enough towels very noisy this place may be good for other stuff but definitely not appropriate for single travelers who just want to relax by themselves in jacuzzi I could feel the cigarettes smell in the room “wellness” in the name is an exaggeration.

the sauna

the location was not optimal . it was above a snack shop the entrance was in the snack shop behind the counter , there are no lifts and the stairs are narrow. there was only one window and it was very hot . the bubble bath was dirty. the room was in an attic. it was not wort the money .

You’re looking for a nice place to stay with a tub and only a short walk away from the downtown.

The food was really good at the location. It was a short walk to the downtown sector. And a nice park located out back that was nice to enjoy during the hot day. They also serve cold treats which was also really enjoyable and you can a cold beverage out front on one of their tables.

The air conditioning in our room did not work and we did not know that we could get a fan from the front desk until day two. Room was extremely hot and window only opened a few inches not letting in any breeze. Being Being 6 foot four it was hard to use the shower and the tub.

Very good

It is very nice to have a jacuzzi and sauna in your room. Ideal to relax doesn't matter if you come alone, sometimes one needs to get some rest. The surroundings of the hotel were good, but I didn't have the energy to check out the neighborhood.

The heaters did not have the capacity to have the jacuzzi running when you want. They should have more amenities, like a small toothbrush and toothpaste. The combination of a snack bar with a hotel with jacuzzis is a bit odd. They don't have a good breakfast, they should improve the catering, which wasn't really fitting the price and the type of hotel they want it to be.

Bed! The sheets were clean and smelled good. Room was pretty clean.

Room was too small for the price. Air-conditioning didn’t work. TV didn’t function well. There was no bin in the room besides inside the toilet. There was a mini fridge but no proper place to plug it in.

The big jacuzzi was working wonderfull. The water temperature can be regulated as I wish, with automatic filling and stopping. Jacuzzi and sauna was easy to use . The staff are 24/7 there for questions

El lugar es hermoso y acogedor, aunque te hacen un cobro de €60 y después no te lo regresan, la experiencia de mi estancia fue lo que necesitaba, descansar y relajarme en el jacuzzi y sauna. La comida y el servicio a cliente en la cafetería CHAO fue increíble, una señorita tan amable hizo mi estancia más linda!

Que me cobraron la estancia completa y aparte me cobraron €60 que dijeron devolver y aún no llega la devolución:/

Het was een hoeren afwerk hotel! Echt belachelijk dat dit hotel op jullie website staat. Ook gelezen dat andere mensen net als wij gelijk vertrokken zijn bij het zien van de kamer. Er hangt direct een grimmige sfeer en is erg gehorig.

Alles. En zelfs niet het volledige bedrag terug gekregen toen wij direct weer vertrokken na het zien van de kamer.
