I loved the fact that the hotel is just next to the train station and my conference Avenue in HoogSchule Utrecht. I appreciated the comfort of accessing many city center and yet not being crowded.
I don’t have any complaints. It was overall a nice experience

The staff is very friendly and tries hard to please the guests. The fitness room is nice. Our dog received nice treatment and special Park Plaza dog bowls 🐶.
The location has its plusses and minuses. It’s close to the train station but also to a major tunnel. Noise is not a problem with the tunnel since it’s for cyclists. The tunnel was clean enough to walk through using the sidewalk in the tunnel for pedestrians. Alternatively, crossing the bridge over Utrecht Centraal is also an option.

Bathroom was okay
Location is really bad, the hotel is pretty much in a busy intersection and right next to the train station. Windows don't open, super noisy whether night or morning, couldn't find how to control the temperature, no room service or options to eat. There was no water in the room, breakfast had limited choices and at 1100 they removed the water as well. 3 stars at best.
