Centrally located hotel ideally for business with friendly staff & good breakfast

We were assigned rooms on the ground floor in a secluded area, giving a feeling of isation No air conditioning and the.heating system is old and difficult to control No fridge or minibar in the room The parking area is not part of the hotel but rather a 5 minutewalk away, which was inconvenient for a group with a child and luggage

Best hotel for Comicon in Utrecht

Best staff in Utrecht.

Sometimes you get a room in the older part facing the street (which I prefer) and sometimes the newer part facing the church (which I prefer less...the balconies are smaller). If you care you should ask.

first night i had no radiator working in my room and was freezing and i had to wait until the next day to get fixed . terrible ! aslo the tv was broken ! the hotel didn t really care about the situation !

I paid 2 rooms to have my family beside me. They give me 2 far rooms from each other. The wrote they have access for special needs. Nothing is there . I was carrying my daughter on stairs . Very bad experience even they didn’t give me any sorry for what happened.

Awesome stay in an excellent location

The location is awesome its just very near to the centrall and everything is so close by. Its a very vibrant place and you would love it. In case if you ware coming on train, you can take the route via the mall which is like 5 min else if you go around it would a bit too long. All major food outlets are near by including some Indian restaurants which was good for me. We shall definitely visit this place again. The staff is very friendly as well.

The lift is a bit too small so if you have luggage you have do multiple trip and hardly two people can go one time. Considering the cost for every sq feet i can understand.

Great location.

The room was OK, but the shower sprayed a good portion of the bathroom floor. Not for those with mobility issues. From street level, you go up stairs to the reception.

The location was very good. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see and we had easy access to the train station.

Location is ideal in city centre, walking distance from train station, restaurants and shops. The room was simple but comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We did not have breakfast at the hotel.

We could hear noise from other bedrooms, which disrupted our sleep on one of the nights.

More or less, just location.

- There is no way to reach the hotel by car. Be ready to roll your suitcases for hundreds of meters. - On booking com they claim they have parking. They don't. It's a garage not close to the hotel for extra 27 EUR per night. - No air-conditioning, only a noisy fan. We were sweating and having very bad sleep every night. Felt we were like in some cheap hostel. Altogether, not really comfortable staying, not worth the money.

Good news, bad news.

The location is excellent if you don't have a car.

If you have a car and large bags it's difficult to get your bags to the hotel. It would have been good to know in advance that you have to carry them from the parking lot. Also who thought that a glass door for the bathroom was a good idea? Looks interesting but doesn't seem practical.

its a good place to stay if you need a central location

the location is amazing. room was fine. there tons of cafes and restaurants nearby and the utrecht central station is literally handreach away...the staff was very polite, very friendly and helpfull

all good...more place in the lobby to sit and wait for someone etc...there are two huuuuge chairs...that is it...save up some space by perhaps switching to something less fancy, but more practical...burger king as a neighbour doesnt do any good...creates noise and mess on the street...also im not huge, but not small...entrance into bathroom is tiny(the sliding door doesnt open fully) honestly speaking it is not worth the money 115 eur per night without breakfast...booked late, so had little options....value of stay should be around 70-80 eur

Below average hotel but excellent location

Location is excellent, and the staff were professional and helpful (when you asked for something).

It’s very dated, carpets getting loose, decor is not refreshed for many years, very noisy, sounds of the other rooms can be heard very well (showering, talking, etc.), the WiFi is extremely slow (had issues every day)

it was good mostly due to the location.

The location is perfect since it is extremely close to a concert venue nearby as well as the central station.

My room had a balcony in which the doors were not insulated properly at all so i was able to hear everything happening outside, it’s valid to have some noises since the hotel is in the heart of the city but that was too much to the point that it felt like i was sitting outside. the hairdryer is old and did not work well.

I recommend the hotel - good location and good value for money.

Location was excellent - 5 mins walking distance from the train station and close to many shops and a shopping centre. The room was good enough - spacious and very clean, as well as the bathroom. Staff was friendly and overall my impressions are positive. Hotel has provided earplugs for the neighbouring church - very considerate of them. In any case, this hotel did much better than the Leonardo hotel in Antwerpen.

The pillows were uncomfortable to me - too soft, but that is a matter of a personal preference. There was a church nearby so the sleep could be difficult because the bell was loud enough but the hotel has provided earplugs. My main area of improvement is the breakfast - no joghurt or fruit salad, fruits were extremely scarce, more like a boutique decoration and also there was almost nothing sweet. I did not also like the soap - it was a difficult to squeeze and not so nice to wash with conditioner. There were also people who smoked weed and was strictly forbidden, but sadly the hotel could not find them and take action.

Ok for a one night stay when you just need somewhere to pay your head.

Great location and I appreciated the free upgrade. Bed was comfortable and room quiet.

The bathroom was little grubby....toothpaste spit underneath the mirror, the glass door of the shower wasn't cleaned from the last guest. Some of the tiles around and underneath the sink hadn't been wiped. The coffee machine didn't work.

A good choice to stay, easy accessibility by all kinds of public transport.

Very good bed, room with coffee machine and coffee pds and thea facility. Bathroom very clean. Location is outstanding both for culture (music) as shopping. Good breakfeast, well stuffed.

I do not very much like a bath tube for showering. Atleast there was a firm well placed grip.

Very poor

Poorly maintained. Very small, uncomfortable and inefficiently laid-out rooms. The AC stands in the room and is connected to the outside through a screen which unfolds when you open the window.

Perfect location, perfect rooms.

The location of the hotel is great as you can have direct access to everything. It is just five minutes away from the city center. The parking place is just two minutes walking from the hotel and it is a very cheap one. The breakfast is fantastic with very high quality
