Disappointing
Good location beside the canal and the centre.
The corridors smelt of an unpleasant chemical. Too many windy corridors. Staff member that evening was unhelpful when we questioned the smell. The room was cold.

Nice hotel, in charming area of Utrecht
Chic surroundings
Key card programmer didn't work on first day, breakfast service for coffee was quite slow, I think the receptionist was multi-tasking

Very stylish hotel in a great location
It was very cold at night and somehow shower doors are designed poorly with water leaking on the floor of the bathroom. And hair dryer absolutely sucks with it’s design

Really nice stay
Nice position. The room was very big and clean and had everything we needed. We also got a welcome drink (a glass of cava) which we appreciate. We will definitely choose this hotel again for a stay in Utrecht!
There was only one towel in the room when we arrived, so we needed to ask for additional sets at the reception. I recommend paying more attention to these details. Be also aware that there are no elevators in the building (or, at least, to reach our room); it could be a problem for the elderly people or for someone with physical disabilities.

Really small rooms, the entrance of the hotel and lobby are basically a cafe? Long walk to reach the lifts and no appointed person to assist us with our luggage. We had to go down tor reception every time we wanted water bottles which was really inconvenient. They also didn’t have a landline to connect you to reception directly. This was actually the most uncomfortable hotel i’ve stayed at. Definitely not suitable for families.
