Perfect spot for a magical island stay!

This is a fabulous little homestay which doesn't look like anything from the front. The sign is a little faded and you'd nearly miss it if you didn't know it was there! Gede is a lovely man who has excellent English and is extremely helpful. He even took me and my luggage to the ferry for my trip home with no bother at all! The family also own the mart in front which has everything you could want for your stay. The room has a fridge and kettle so all is there if you need it. The aircon was good as was the wifi. The pool is really nice and a great addition. There are comfy lounges also! The room was huge and the bed very comfy. They do not supply a blanket but i used my light travel blanket which was enough for me. They have scooter rental onsite but I wanted a bicycle so just went around the corner and rented one from there which was very convenient. The position of the homestay is perfect with good access to the beaches and restaurants/bars etc. It is so quiet and lovely. Thanks Gede and family for a wonderful stay - I will definitely be back!

Awesome home stay

Such a great home stay, very clean rooms with everything you need to be comfortable. Pool was lovely and it’s very close to the beach and the shops. There is a little shop at the front which was really handy. Quick walk to Kawanns Inn for great food. We really enjoyed our stay here and will def be back! Thanks so much

Home away from home

This place is like my second home in Lembongan, it was already the 3rd time that I stayed here. Gede and his familiy makes sure you have a great vacation. The room was nice, clean and offered a lot of private sphere. The family also has a small shop so you can very easily get all supplies. Many thanks, Gede, for hosting me again - and see you next time!

Great location at excellent value.

Gede and the other staff were fantastic - very friendly and attentive. The room was serviced daily and the pool was maintained very well. Organising scooter rental was very easy and Gede provided excellent suggestions for activities on Lembongan.

The downstairs room was slightly dark even with the light on.

Loved this family run homestay. So convenient - close to restaurants and shops and 5 minute walk to the beach, fast boat, and dive centers. Air conditioning and wifi worked great. Nice pool. Just a few rooms, so also fairly private. I was on first floor. Upstairs rooms are very private. Attached convenience store in the front of the property for easy access to water, snacks, supplies. Komang, who serviced the rooms, was incredibly nice. I would 100% stay here again.

Yes, the bed is a spring mattress with not a lot of padding, but on a humid tropic island, that's probably a good thing. I slept just fine and I'm kind of sensitive if mattress is too firm. I

Lovely guesthouse that exceeded all of my expectations. The family are delightful, location is perfect and the room met all of my needs. Motorcycle rental is available and a well stocked store and refrigerator of cold beverages on the property.

Good value for money, need some maintenance

Great location, and very kind and helpful staff. They were nice and took care of everything we needed. They have also a store and an option to rent a bike which make it all in one place.

The AC in the room was super loud making it hard to sleep, and also there was a bad smell in the toilet. In general, the room needs a bit of maintenance.

Loved the location, handy to shops, warungs and spas. My room was kept very clean. 5 minute walk to the beach Loved that the minimart was onsite, which included Beers and spirit mixers. Very handy. Excellent value for money Loved how gracious & friendly the family were, especially Putu.

There were a couple of trip hazards - the pump? access on the pathway leading to room #6 was quite raised and easy to trip on. Because of a warped door, it was very difficult for me to lock my door. Most nights I gave up and didn’t. Put the stool across the door.

Perfect

This was the best place we stayed on Nusa Lembongan by far! Good Day is a great owner, the most lovely man with brilliant English too. He also gave maximum effort in helping us with booking taxis and maximising our stay. The room was very clean and also cleaned perfectly every day. It’s a brilliant location for the beach and restaurants would recommend to anyone going to Lembongan!

Our stay was great at chillhouse. The location was perfect within walking distance to local restaurant bars and beaches.

The location was perfect in my opinion. The staff were so helpful especially when I fell ill. Gede kindly arranged for us to stay longer and help find a dr to resolve my Bali belly.

Great location, on the main drag, my room was at back of building so quiet away from street noise, big windows on top floor, very private aspect.

there was no blanket on the bed, but Gede happily provided one for me when I requested one.

Great value for money!!

Gede & his family were brilliant, so friendly and helped organise our manta ray snorkelling trip, as well as the boat back to Sanur Harbour. Room was great for the price - simple but does the job. Location was perfect - right by the beach and loads of restaurants/bars. We also hired a motorbike for the day for 75k from Gede.

We struggled to get hot water. We didn’t mention to Gede as we weren’t too bothered as was only a few days (I’m sure he’ll have sorted it if we told him).

The staff were super nice and had a convenience shop right next door. The room was clean when we arrived and had it cleaned while we were gone. AC was nice and made the hot days a bit better.

Wasn't a lot of space to put stuff, towels were hard to hang up (maybe because i'm short) so made it hard to dry towels.

Nice stay!

Big comfortable bed to sprawl in. Has a desk for working with good enough interview for daily browsing. Location is close enough to the beach and has restaurants nearby. Owner is friendly and they clean everyday.

Faintly in the background you could hear some motorbike noise. Maybe if you have a room further into the property that would be OK. Does not provide refillable drinking water. The price is a bit expensive compared to some cheaper finds in the area.

A great place to stay

What a great place to stay on your visit to Lembongan! This is a small set of apartments run by Gede and his wife, Kadek. Such a beautiful family, always there to assist you with anything you need. They also run the shop on the premises where you can get your essentials. Snacks, drinks, sunscreen, bug spray, etc. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location is convenient to all the restaurants for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and also a five-minute walk to Jungutbatu Beach, which is gorgeous and has some good food spots along the beachfront. Be sure to rent a scooter from Gede & Kadek for the day (around £3.50) and explore both islands. You will have the best time! If you want a clean, comfortable place to stay in a great location, then this is it.

Excellent

We booked a hotel initially but it was too far from the main part of Lembongan. We moved to Chillhouse and we couldn’t recommend it more. Dahyun and his wife were extremely welcoming and super lovely. Location was fantastic and close to all the bars and restaurants. Would highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for somewhere on Nusa Lembongan.

Chillhouse is a great place to stay.

Chillhouse is a lovely quiet spot from which to explore Lembongan and only minutes from the beach! The room was very spacious and clean. It was nice to have a fridge to keep the water cold! The bed was super comfy and the bathroom was a good size. Gede and his team were very helpful including organising a scooter tour of the Island for me with Pandu (super guide and great fun! ). It had rained heavy the day I was leaving and Gede gave me and my bags a lift to ferry which was very good of him.

The door was a bit tricky to lock, but the guys were always on had to help out when I got stuck.

Large clean rooms, comfy bed, seperate shower to toilet (not common at this price point) and a well stocked shop adjoins the property. Good food very close by beach is next street over.

Fantastic!

The property is well placed in terms of location. The room was nice and quiet and met all my needs for what was required. A room, a bathroom, air conditioning and wifi. The owner and employees offered to take me on the scooter to visit different locations during my short stay for a small price. I am very grateful for that, it helped me get around the island as I new exactly where I wanted to see in the 48 hours. Thanks again for your hospitality! Definitely value for money and lovely ownership

The location of the homestay was extremely convenient and there is also a family owned supermarket which was great. The staff were so friendly and helpful with booking ferries and tours etc. Great scooter hire too. Couldn’t recommend staying here more!

Exceptional

the whole family was welcoming and lovely, has a shop on site, we rented a scooter for a really good price, close to food places/beaches, the room was massive, comfortable and clean. same with the bathroom, really big and clean. nice little balcony area with table and chairs. good fridge and kettle in room. we used the laundry service and they did such a good job. would definitely recommend this place!

the staff is super friendly and they have a supermarket as well and they will help you with excursions and bike rental for a good price. The house is very close to the beach. Rooms are very big + clean and have a seat outside as well.

My ac broke, but the mechanic had no time to fix it. They offered me a new room, very good service.

home away from home

friendly and helpful staff, Gede drove me to the port when I was leaving, and he also helped me finding an e-bike on the island. Took the tour on the scooter around the island with him and he also pointed me to the right dive shop. The room was clean and spacious, and the location could not be more perfect as it's right in the center near so many restaurants. I'll stay here again whenever I'm Lembongan bound!

A nice place close to the beach

The location was good and the property offers various activities (snorkeling, Nusa Penida trip etc.) and services (scooter rent, laundry). Also, the pool was clean and there is hot water. Staff were also really friendly and helpful.

The bathroom was not very clean and the AC was not powerful enough to cool the room properly. Also, every time the staff cleaned our room, they turned the AC off which was not helpful.

Good value for money with a few improvement possibilities

Very nice staff and centrally located. Rooms and beds are quite big. Loved that they had their own supermarket.

The bathroom (mirror) could have been cleaner and there are no hangers for towels in the bathroom. All in all the room is very sparse. Would be great to have a mirror and a desk/chair in the room. Closet was smelly and AC is not very strong.
