Really good value

This is a really well located homestay. 10 minutes from the main boat drop off/pick up and just off the Main Street where there are lots of restaurants and shops. The pool is very clean and a lovely temperature. The beds were very comfortable and our room was large with its own porch. This is a homestay and not a hotel so you need to be aware that there may not always be staff on site but this was not an issue for us. The staff were kind and accommodating. For the very cheap price, we have no complaints about this property.

Cheap homestay

The staff were lovely. Great pool. Relatively quiet. Location was easy accessible to beach and shops. Room sizes were great for the price we paid $30nz pn. We stayed 8 days.

Cleanliness of bathrooms were Not very thorough. Unfortunately the dogs always slept on the sun loungers & not cleaned.

The shower was very smelly, room 1 made an awfull noise from the AC machine next to it and we also heard it a bit in room 2 pretty redicilous that they are still renting out those rooms. We did not get any discount even though we couldnt sleep the whole night

Large room, hot powerful shower and clean pool. Great location 2mins from the beach and beach bars and shops/bars on Main Street.

Mouldy curtains and aircon was really weak. WiFi was not very good.

Really spacious double room with balcony. Clean and tidy room, really lovely clean refreshing pool. Laundry service was fantastic, quick turnaround and clothes smelt nice & were folded well. Would recommend and stay here again!

Hotel close to the beach good for very short stay

The location of the hotel is great very close to the beach and the setting is lovely

There were almost no amenities, no power outlets near the beds, no kettle, no shared kitchen, and no water dispenser in the hotel. The bathroom wasn’t very clean, and the staff wasn’t very accommodating.

Overall a nice stay, would recommend to those spending a couple nights in Lembongan.

Owners was great, pool is very nice - room was ok, Wi-Fi wasn’t fantastic but overall it was fine.

Only the Wi-Fi but not a big issue, managed to get by ok.

Matches the price, not the photos

Price was great, and I suppose the room matched the price. Location was near what we wanted to do, quiet, and no disturbances at all. We slept well.

Photos are clearly many years out of date. The room matches the price, and if I was a single traveler there for diving it would have been fine. But I picked this property based on the photos and description, and the property did not meet the advertised standard.

Perfect location and clean

Clean, great pool, renting a scooter was cheap and super easy. Very friendly staff member at the reception. Big rooms with air cons. Very close to the beaches, 100m out. Super convenient.

Need to call phone number sometimes to get someone back at the reception. Also it’s cash only.

Would stay again

The location was fantastic (walk out of the homestay and turn to the right and you are basically 100 metres from the beach). So many great cafes (Ginger&Jamu) and warungs (Mola Mola) and fresh seafood (Blue Yogi) to choose from. Pool was fantastic and well maintained. Owners were amazing and organised a ride for me to the ferry!

Great overall top stay in Indo. Delivers all round!

Great location close to the beach, walking 1 min through the cutout, a cafe right infront which does super good and healthy food and straight access to surf out front at shipwrecks. The place itself was clean, spacious, and staff were lovely. Would stay again.

If I was picky, the AC could of been a bit more efficient but no stress.

Nice, clean apartments with a shared pool. It‘s really quiet and close to the beach and everything else. Beds have been very comfortable.

Our shower wasn’t fixed but it was still ok to take a shower. Sometimes the people from the reception are hard to find

Backpackers: A very good stay.

Backpackers: A comfy good accommodation for back packers. Less than 150m from the beach front and surrounded by shops and places to eat. Also has soft drinks and beer in the fridge to buy. The pool is great and the staff were very kind.

Big Room, great mattress and nice bedding, hot water shower, great aircon, quiet location a minute walk to the beach, awesome clean pool, place to store luggage before/after check out, staff were friendly. I paid 140INR per night which was fantastic value. Note: downstairs rooms are twin room - upstairs are double bed.

The room was clean but the bathroom was disgusting with grime on the walls. hadn’t had a good clean in a long time. staff speak poor English. they never cleaned the room in 4 nights and I had rubbish piling up on the verandah - I even handed her the full rubbish bin and she smiled, put it down and never emptied it. other rooms had rubbish pile outside as well that dogs were getting into. staff are lazy and do the bare minimum.

It is in a great spot cause you can be on the beach in 2 minutes. Awesome value for money. Nice hot shower and the pool was great. We stayed in 2 upstairs rooms and they were good. Nice large balcony to sit on. The beds were comfy.

To be honest the wifi was pretty much non existent in our rooms. Not a huge problem though. If you sat on the balcony it worked fine.

very close to the beach and Main Street, close to lots of shops and restaurants. was heaps quiet. pool was really nice, clean and well maintained. the beds are heaps comfy. staff are friendly to chat too.

the bathroom floods a little when having a shower as the drain is a little slow, would have been nice if a simple clean during the stay was done as there are a lot of ants just around so having them swept out would be nice and bins being emptied.
