Lovely hut

Lovely hut for ourselves, great pool in the flourishing garden. Very peaceful and quiet, although close to restaurants, shops and the beach. The room had a fridge which was very convenient. The staff was lovely. We also had a massage at the Sukanusa Spa, amazing! Definitely a great place to stay in Nusa Lembongan!

My hut was so cosy and I had my own private plunge pool! Staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. As a solo traveller I was so glad I picked this property.

Very reasonably priced. Great value for money. Huts were picturesque. A nice cold fridge. Good air-con in the bedroom. Cleaned daily. Lovely, clean and good sized pool. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

Breakfast options were limited (Just egg options and toast).

Wouldn't recommend

The location was very convenient and the staff was very friendly. Short stroll to a lot of places.

The bedroom - The bed was comfortable, but the fly net was too small for the bed. There was not enough lighting, and there was only one table lamp. The toilet - very dirty, termites, lizards, and ants all over the sink. The sink and the tap looked like they had not been cleaned for a few months.

Wouldn’t stay here again

Location.

I wouldn’t stay here again. The place still had sand everywhere from the last guest and the place was horribly lit. 2 tiny lamps which made it impossible to see anything and at night it was the biggest nightmare getting dressed in the dark. The stairs were far too steep and getting a suitcase up and down was quite frankly dangerous. Also DO NOT TOUCH the salon. The lady had never seen a curler in her life and fried the crap out of my hair and started curling it when it was wet and didn’t use any heat protectant or hairspray. When I was in the basin with my head tilted back I saw a rat run across the beam on the roof. Overall a very strange and off putting experience. Only good part was the location.

Too expensive for what it is

My hut was very dark- there was no main light inside and during the day it just remained dark - even with the curtains open. Wouldn't suggest booking huts if you have knee issues or back issues- the steps up to the bedroom aren't very protected (no bannister to hold onto). The bathroom is downstairs and bedroom is upstairs. If youre a solo traveller i wouldn't suggest these huts at all. Quite isolating if you want to meet people. But if youre a family or in a group of friends - not a problem :)

Good area, right in the middle of everything but you’ll get woken up early by the birds in the morning if you’re a light

I liked the location of the property. Although the island of Nusa Lembongan is pretty small it does take a while to walk places so the location was ideal as it was in the middle of a built up busy area. I also liked that it was a hut. I liked the thatched roof and the bedroom being upstairs with a balcony. The mini fridge was a nice touch too. Additionally the inside/outside area downstairs was pretty cool.

I’m a pretty light sleeper so although it was cool staying in a luxury hot, you could hear everything outside including some very loud birds. Keep this in mind if you are a light sleeper! I’d suggest also having a mirror in the bedroom, there was only one in the bathroom so you’d need to go downstairs to the bathroom every time you needed a mirror. The lighting in the bedroom was also quite dim (small bedside lamp) so perhaps an additional light source would be good. The aircon in my room was also white intermittent but i think that was due to the remote needed new batteries. Some small touches would help but honestly I really enjoyed my stay and the staff were really nice.

I think that the hotel is absolutely fantastic for the price!

Good location with a short walk to the beach and to some great shops, cafes, restaurants and yoga studios.

I feel that the bedding was a little smelly, the linen was clean but the pillow, duvet, mattress could be a little fresher.

Not worth it despite the location

The location and aircon are good

The huts had termites so everything downstairs gets covered in a light coating of dust. There was a squirrel in my room in the middle of the night (they did move me room). There’s barely anyone at reception at any time and the bar was dead. Bathrooms basically hadn’t been cleaned or dusted.

I don't recommend this hotel but the location is good if you want to be close to restaurants and the beach. There is a mosquito net and you're going to need it.

I felt ripped off. The hotel does not look like the photos. There wasn't a proper check in (they didn't ask for passport etc). The reception and bar/restaurant area looked abandoned. The room was awful, everything was filthy, the bathroom particularly (sink, floor, walls, toilet). The seating areas were filthy and had rat droppings. The bed sheets were stained and the mosquito net and curtains were dirty. I booked for three nights but left after one, there was only one member of staff and no manager and they didn't seem at all surprised when I told them why I was leaving. Don't waste your money.

Very basic stay

Location was good. Bed was comfortable

The elect kept cutting out. There was a pool for each place but we could not use the pool as filter was not running and pool wasn’t very clean with all the leaves etc. lots of mozzie around and no coils available, you had to go buy some. If you needed to go to toilet in middle of the night you had to walk down the stairs, which were quite steep-so you had to leave light on downstairs, that’s probably ok for someone younger.

Cool huts, something a little different. Location was perfect. They organised all the transport to and from accommodation, which you pay for at the ferry terminal. Hired a scooter from here as well.

The staff were amazing, they dropped and collected us from places with a smile. They were so helpful and nice and I definitely will be back!

The room was good. AC worked well ,bed comfortable. Pool was great. Good size for swimming. Good location a few minutes walk to beach and restaurants on the doorstep but still quiet at night. Owner very helpful.

Walk down to bathroom and shower ( which could have been fresher ) at night. Breakfast not great, no fruit or juice on offer

Local and jungly

The location was great! Very close to the beach. The jungle ambience was beautiful, and the hut made of natural materials was giving a nice atmosphere! The manager was very helpful and always available to answer any question or any request!

The local water is really hard, as a result the shower and the tabs built up limescale. A good vinegar cleaning would be required to wash away the limescale.

Good location and nice huts, but not as comfortable as an actual hotel

The staff were very nice and the location was excellent, very close to the beach. The breakfast was good.

The hut bedroom only had one lamp so it was very dark and not easy for two people to read books. The wifi was also not very good.

the place is really nice. good location. 2 minutes from the beach. the staff is absolutely really nice.

it’s a bit left behind. there was some poop on my bed😅 owner said from a gekko, and they cleaned straight away, but Im a bit scared of rats etc so didn’t feel super comfortable after that. pool looks a bit dirty.

A lovely landing outside the bedroom with a comfy couch.

The pool is very basic with very cloudy water and no shade. The bedroom is on top of the hut via some difficult, wooden stairs. Lighting in both the bed room and bathroom is not very good.

Very nice place to stay in Nusa Lembongan.

Very nice hut with spacious bedroom, bathroom, lower floor terrace and upper floor balcony. It felt very cosy and private, and it was very quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice restaurant area with plenty of food and drinks options. Great location, very short walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shops (but you will need a scooter to go to the south of the island).

Internet was sometimes rather slow, but that's typically what you get on such island. There was a bit of a smell coming from the pipe of the bathroom.

ENJOY A BEAUTIFUL VIEW RIGHT WHEN YOU WAKE UP!

From checking in, the duration of our trip, to checking out, this place has been nothing but amazing, accommodating, and helpful! The staff were so friendly and kind—helping us bring our baggages into our room, teaching us about the culture, and got us a great deal organizing our tour. You can really relax and enjoy your stay. Upon researching about Indonesia overall, they really represent the kindness and friendliness of the people of Bali/Lembongan. AND it's only a walk away from the beach and right in the vicinity of restaurants and local stores!

Washrooms could be better (not the modern washroom that westerners are used to), it's not too bad though, better than other washrooms I've used, it's just the concrete flooring, BUT it's all a part of the experience--you get a little taste of the island life!
