Its central location, well maintained gardens and pool along with happy friendly staff make for a relaxed and comfortable stay. Gede, the manager, organised transportation for us to and fro the island at a special price, which was a big help.

We have nothing negative to say about this property.

Staff nosey in the morning laughing and chatting loudly at 5am outside peoples rooms is not ideal

Lovely pool - crystal clear. Breakfast was minimal. Good restaurants all around.

There was no hairdryer or TV.

Every morning they have a free breakfast, and every order we put in came out wrong or didn’t come out at all. For example, the last morning we tried to order one pancake three different times because it never got brought out to us. Eventually, they told us they wanted to charge us for it. Seemed like a translation error but we never got our breakfast that day. The staff didn’t seem very helpful. They also listened to videos at top volume outside our room. Because the doors are sliding doors, it was very noisy and we could hear everything. Also, ten am checkout is a little early for our preference.
