A simple and decent place to stay

This place is simple, easy to check in, well managed and affordable. The beds are fine, and the rooms are kept clean. The manager is friendly and helpful. The rooms are basic, with only some small pieces of soap provided so bring all your own toiletries, and buy your own water. The place is in easy walking distance to the beach and many restaurants. Breakfast is not provided in the bungalow, other places are recommended in the vicinity. Note that the managers

The pool is located in the area of another restaurant, and does not include use of any lounge chairs - so it is awkward to use during the day. Hot water is very unreliable (but this is fine since it is hot), the rooms are kept clean. There was a strong moldy odor in one of our rooms when we checked in. We identified the shelf made from cheap wood as the culprit and asked the manager to take it out of the room, which settled the issue.

Very Budget , so you get what you pay for which isn't much.

On a positive note the Indian restaurant at the front was really good. However this made it very popular and lots of people at the entrance to the accomodation.

Bed Linen was very old, Walls were very marked and unpainted, no kettle, no hair dryer, Couldn't use the pool after 5.30 due to restaurant being open. No Breakfast options. Bathroom very average.

Good value for money.

Location is great. Value for money is great. It's not fancy, yes it's old and tired, but you have to view it in the context of the price. I paid $26AUD a night - that the cost of an unpowered camp sight. It's just enough, and for the price, it's great.

It's pretty worn out in every way. AC struggles, bathroom, mattress, everything is well past used by, but they aren't charging a fortune for it.

Very good location Really clean There is no loud music blasting from the restaurant (I don‘t know what everyone is saying in the reviews and we had the very first bungalow) Nice staff Definitely would come back!

Excellent quality room for the price

Lovely bright clean room with comfortable bed, lockable wardrobe and very clean bathroom. Great location close to restaurants, beach etc. Very friendly and welcoming. The Curry Traders restaurant out the front is excellent but you might not want to use the pool in the evening as it's surrounded by tables of people eating.

No water provided on arrival so bring some with you. No water refill available. Toilet rolls were not replenished. Not a big issue as there is a supermarket just up the road.

Good service, clean

It’s right at the Main Street, walking distance to a lot of restaurants. Also there’s a India restaurant at the entry. Very quite, all you can hear is the nature.

The air conditioner was very loud. Also instead of blanket, they gave you a sheet to cover, it’s not the most comfortable, but ok.

Good location. Pretty clean for a homestay style place. Its good if your a simple person and not fussy. Great value for money.

Would be good if a bottle of water was left in the room for guests to use. More than 2 pillows or thicker fluffier ones. Also if a blanket was included. There was only a sheet so it felt a little random. The swimming pool would be a-lot better if it had a private section so people in the restaurant couldn’t peep on you during your swim.

1. staff never reply my message 2. poor communication in English 3. no pick-up and drop-off service. you need to pay taxi price 100K per way if you book taxi from them. (you can also randomly catch a taxi on road and its 50K) overall not good value considering the high transportation costs 4. its very far from pier by 15minutes walking on rocky and unpaved road. If you carry a suitcase, this is surely not the place for you 5. no blanket, only one sleeve

Great location, room was big, little patio area outside room - lots of mosquitoes outside so couldn’t use it much in the evening.

There is no front desk so you walk through the restaurant to the rooms. only given a sheet and when you want the air conditioner cooler it would be so nice to have a blanket.

The owner was so nice and welcoming! She really went out of her way for me. I didn’t use the pool, but it was nice to have. The staff was really friendly. Everything was clean. If I needed something, it was taken care of. I loved my outdoor sitting area.

A lamp on the table by the bed would be nice. Also some hangers in the closet would be nice too. I would’ve loved having a tea kettle in my room. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay!

expensive for what it is compared to other places

place is very clean, very quiet too the lady who does the cleaning is very kind

hardly saw any staff and as a solo traveler I usually like to ask for advice and help to owners when I go to places . pool wasn’t set up ( no cushions/no water running) it’s a detail but it would make the place more appealing no breakfast wifi didn’t work well

Great location ( short walk from music and best restaurants) clean and with a sparkling pool. New restaurant opening on property soon so it can only get better. Quiet for sleeping, comfortable bed and very clean room. Owners are so lovely ,friendly and helpful. I needed Dr while I was there and they called for home visit then came and bought food and checked on me 🙏. They own Bobo Warung at the Mangroves also and do all the water activities… mantra, snorkelling etc Can hire you scooter too. Just brilliant value and friendly people.💜💜

A very comfy and quiet place to stay

We enjoyed the stay very much, located inside a garden further from the street,the place was very quiet. At the same time it was close to the beach and shops and restaurants. The room was clean,AC and wifi was okay, comfy beds. Bathroom was clean. The owner also rented us a motorbike. all in all recommended

when our room was cleaned after a few days,the staff for some unknown reason ommited the bathroom floor... there were lots of mosquitos in the garden :( communication with the staff was sometimes confusing due to the level of their English,but nothing major no breakfast included

Lovely quiet stay with garden view.

The facilities are nice and clean. The pool looks nice. The room is comfortable with a large bathroom and a front porch with a view to the garden. The staff were friendly and contactable by Whatsapp. The location is right opposite Blue Corner Dive.

Lovely & great value for money

This is such a lovely tiny compound with six bungalows. As the bungalows are really reasonable priced you get great value for money: equipped with all necessary assets such as towels, AC, a good mattress. And the owners are so nice! A warm and welcoming couple and I would 100% recommend not only because of the great bungalows, but also because I wish them all the best!

Lovely bungalow

I stay at Bobo bungalow every summer with my son. The lovely family runs this bungalow. Just a few minutes to the beach. They have new swimming pool. Also they have a good restaurant on the beach. I’ sure to comeback here again. Thank you so much Kade!
