Good simple private room

Very friendly host. You had to fight for them not cleaning the room. The price for a private is very competitive.

I think a free water refill should be mandatory for every accommodation. It costs 20k for 20L. That's really not a cost. We bought our own for that reason.

Had a great stay

It's a wonderful and cozy guesthouse in walking distance to Mushroom Bay and other great sights. Putu and his wife greated me very friendly. Putu cleaned the room every day. He provided me a bedside lamp, his wife brought me fruits. He organized my Boat Ticket too. The rooms are good, mattress and linen very comfortable, strong Wifi connection and AC works great. The compound is well maintained, there's simply nothing to complain about. Cannot ask for more! Thanks Putu and family for everything

Nice stuff and if you don‘t need luxury it‘s a quiet place with the essential things

Nice and helpfull owner, just not too easy to find them sometimes, but you can always whatsapp them. Room was clean and I was allowed to use the fridge outside.Owner was helpfull by organizating my trip to Gili air and offered a transport for little money to the harbour.

It‘s sad that you can hear everything from your neighbours and outside cause the doors and walls are not really thick/cannot close the door without having a space… Cold water in the shower but that‘s maybe normal on Lembongan… I did not find something to drink like offering water in the reception but maybe they had- I just could not ask anyone cause sometimes noone was there…

Fantastic

Everything! Perfect location to reach the beach and local warung. Clean room and comfortable bed in a very nice setting. But above all the kindness of the owners, always available for any request. We booked the fast boat to Sanur and the owner dropped us off at check-in, I recommend booking the private boat with them for snorkeling, we were on a fisherman's boat that took us to 3 different spots including manta bay. It was amazing.

Beautiful homestay compound, respectful mindset in hosting trade-off in comfort

The location is perfect. Once you have dropped the dice and chosen the Homestay, you give up some comfort inside the house and in the vicinity. Inside, warm water is basic even if you use the cold, but it is an essential part of comfort. The potable water is a Global issue, so it is not a question of having or not.. The condition of toilet. shower, the equipment and tools, eg, rusty or dirty, maybe off-used, disgusting to touch, etc. All or any of these can be a degree of comfort and rejection, a guest may react. Some of these were present. Though bearable and I can live with. I reckon a small investment is required to achieve a sensible shift in the degree of comfort, for a better evaluation. Besides, I strongly emphasise the bed. It is awesome. I have slept fully relaxed in it. The room is clean and tidy, since it is made and cleaned perfectly every morning. Yes, the towel. It is puffy and smooth and gives the sense that it was a Macy's quality, not a Chin market piece for twopence. The vicinity. The four or five beauty lagoons are in steps. The Hidden, for me, is the peek, the Secret is the perfect, the Mushroom is the port and strand and bars, aka all pleasure and leisure within 5 min' distance. The value you earn is the real untouched nature from root to bay stone to branches in a tropical forest. Love it. The cooks and chefs in the nearby warungs. They are perfect hosts and cherish waiters who pile up the Indonesian dishes in the tastiest forms. Worth eating out in these restaurants. So in the center of all of these adventures, there is BBS Homestay with the good location, easy to find and reach, perfectly calm and beautiful in its sens of Hindu temple court establishment and the room comfort what really is not lacking anything for the Indonesian islands proved all treasures you forget issues for sure.

The water block, the shower, the sewage system, the taps, and the basin are all outfitted. The warm water is now not a question of a mighty investment, and the gain in comfort is radical. The flash-flowing boiler, aka water-heater, in each bathroom can be installed for really nuts.

This is possibly the worst accommodation I’ve ever stayed in, I’ve been travelling for 4 months in £2 hostels and they were luxury compared to this. The whole room smelt like poo we physically gagged as we walked in the door, the room had strange stains everywhere and looked like it was never cleaned. We had 2 nights booked and had to physically leave because we couldn’t stay there. The staff put me on the phone to the owner who was incredibly rude and said “what do you expect for £10” I WOULD EXPECT IT TO NOT SMELL LIKE POO

Lovely little place with nice garden area to sit in. Beds really comfy. Air con worked fine. Staff really, really friendly. Booked snorkeling, hired a scooter and onward travel with them. Room was cleaned every day. Really good location, one of the better areas of the island with plenty of places to eat and drink

No hot water. Bathroom was a little dingy with the lighting.

Good location right next to mushroom bay Friendly and helpful staff organised scooter rental, boat back to Bali (and transfer) and snorkelling tour for us - replied really fast to WhatsApp Nice room with seats outside Peaceful and had a spa attached to it

There was a fair few mosquitoes about but that’s the same everywhere on the island, not the home stays fault! But bring insect repellant :)

I 🩵 Lembongan!!

The hosts and the spotless room! It was cleaned daily. The location was close to beaches and snorkeling. The sweet girls that worked at the spa were polite, beautiful, and their smiles 😍 warmed my heart everyday ♥️

Bed was ok

The wifi (i am a working traveler) wasn’t working at all. Had to use my own data to make a hotspot my whole stay. The bathroom is old, smells weird and only cold water.

Lovely room, location was perfect, down a side street so quiet but also close to the Main Street. Staff were great.

Putu and Kadek made my stay very welcoming Helping when i forgot my charger and offering to take me to get refills on my meds .The room and bath room are very clean Bed and bedding high quality They offer to clean every day A spar is attached .They do not do meals but next door RIGILS has all you could want at amazing prices and quality .The yoda school in 2 minuets away offering very good deal open all day classes morning and evening It also dose all kinds of drinks and has a seating area next to the pool . Beaches Mushroom bay and beach club were you can stay for as long as you want for the price of a drink or some food . Tamarind bay Secret beach Sandy bay Dream beach All within walking distance and if you get a bike the Island is yours .

I like my stay and will return When on the Island .

Super cheap, nice staff and clean rooms

Everything was perfect! We came to celebrate my boyfriends birthday and they made it very special with decorating the room, thank you a million times for that! Also the massages at the spa were amazing! Definitely recommend

The place is nearby the hidden beach (really beautiful) and across the street is small Restaurant with really nice people and good food. Swings for the kid at another Restaurant.

The nearest atm didn't accepted several tourist creditcards from secerals persons. But there is another atm nearby. The Transfer by speedboat to lombok was not good. Longer as said, and drop off at another harbour. They made a stop at each island. 8.30h Pick up time, departure time around 10.00h and arrival time in lombok ca. 14.00h at wrong harbour, driver necessary for one hour to get to mataram.

I booked one night at the BBS Homestay and extended 4 more nights! The homestay is just 5 minutes from the Mushroom Beach and about 3 minutes to a small secret beach where are less people. The island is very beautiful and worth to explore. I rent a scooter at the homestay and drove to the best places in about 10-15 minutes. After one rainy night I had a problem with mosquitos in my room, but the family did everything the day after to remove them out of the room. Happy to stayed there!:)

The fan was very old and could be replaced. Otherwise it was perfect:)
