We had never visited Perugia before and we spent an amazing few days in this beautiful place.

The location was first class. Right in the centre of the city . Perfect location for restaurants, shops,museum and sight seeing.

The flat is in a super central location: close to lots of shops, lovely restaurants and sights/museums. We were very comfortable there!

Due to the central location (and possibly because our sty coincided with the end of term for the students in Perugia) there was a lot of noise all through the nights from the road below the window (night clubs close by), plus street cleaning early every morning.

value for money in a fantastic location

location was excellent and we were able to extend our stay for one more night.

Fantastic to stay in a flat that was part of the historic infrastructure for Perugia. Very tastefully decorated with good kitchen facilities. Fantastic delicatessen just outside the front door.

Perugia was rather hot. But it was Italy in July!

Loved Perugia

Wonderful to have kitchen facilities and a comfortable living room. Bed was great. Location fabulous.. couldn't be more central.

We're getting older, and soooo many stairs was tough. Four flights of about a dozen steps each to the apartment door, then a flight from the living room to the bedroom. Also, no amenities such as shampoo or even bath soap. Fortunately the little store right next door had all we needed at reasonable prices.

Nice maisonette apartment in Perugia

Very comfortable maisonette apartment in a city centre. Only a few minutes walk from shops, restaurants and main attractions. Clean rooms with fully equipped kitchen. Highly recommended for a family stay!!

The place was so spacious. I really liked the large shower. The apartment was centrally located which made it very easy to get around the historic center. The hosts were easily accessible and checked in periodically to make sure my stay was going well. Flexible with the check out time (as well as check in time). Self- check in process was very easy and the instructions to find the apartment were fairly straight forward. There's alot of lights in the apartment - and also alot of outlets which was very convenient. I didn't use the elevator, but the flights of stairs to arrive at the apartment wasn't too bad. I like that there was an elevator available.

Spacious, charming apartment in the historical city center

We enjoyed a full month stay at Gioielli Di Priori while living for a short time in Perugia. It's a wonderfully spacious apartment in a prime location in the historical city center (just off the main piazza). Owners Lay and Magi were quick to respond to questions and very flexible. Their charming apartment (photos on booking.com are very accurate) is perfect for a couple, especially if schedules differ as the upstairs loft is surprisingly quiet when one person is sleeping upstairs and the other is active downstairs. Lots of light from huge windows facing the street below. The downstairs was well-furnished with a dining room table that opened up for extra space (we used it as both dining table and desk), and the living room was large and comfortable. Upstairs, the bedroom was likewise large and comfortable with a good bed and pillows and a large closet with shelves. Having one full bath with shower upstairs and one half bath downstairs was a luxury compared to being in a hotel. There's a great clothes washing machine/dryer combo in the kitchen that kept our clothing clean and fresh. Outside: There is a wonderful and convenient grocery store on the street level with delightful owners and everything one needs to stock the apartment for a short or long stay, and many excellent restaurants and cafes in easy walking distance. The apartment is on the second floor and while we used the stairs, the building has a modern elevator if needed/desired. If we return to Perugia, we would definitely stay at Gioielli Di Priori again!

The kitchen is fine for modest food preparation (think breakfast and lunch foods), but not ideal for cooking a full meal. It is fully stocked with nice dishware and glassware, plus most pots, pans and cooking utensils. There is also a good toaster and coffee maker. The usable counter space was very small and the stove and refrigerator were adequate but old.

Great Apartment in the heart of Perugia

The property was in an excellent location and was large and clean. The owners are such amazing and kind people, they helped make my stay absolutely fantastic.

Enjoyable and comfortable.

Everything. Location in the center. Decor is charming. Layout is comfortable. Large bathroom with shower - unprecedented in our experience in Italy. Adequate lighting - so many units have lights that are so dim that you cannot read. The elevator was an extra plus since were planned to stay for two weeks and had heavy luggage. The Wifi was powerful and reliable, which enabled contact with co-workers and family easily. A gas stove! and well-stocked kitchen so we could eat in. We were able to "move into" the flat and make this our home for our stay. The alimentari was in the same building, which made getting food etc. very easy, which can be difficult on the day one arrives. Last but not least, our host was amazing - thoughtful, kind, and responsive. We can't thank him enough for helping to make our stay enjoyable.

I understand that it is company policy, but... hosts should be allowed to provide soap in the bathrooms. Our host was excellent in explaining this, but this information needs to be provided beforehand to traverlers. Fortunately, we purchased what we needed at the alimentari.

Great atmosphere, close to centre and supermarket beneath. High ceilings,comfortable furniture, good kitchen and cooking facilities and spa bath. Manager was attentive and easy to contact.

La casa perfetta per qualche giorno a Perugia

La casa è in una bellissima posizione proprio in centro a Perugia, a pochi passi dalla piazza principale, fornita di tutto, ordinata e accogliente. L’host è stato molto disponibile e attento ad ogni nostra esigenza.

L’ arredamento è un po’ “datato” potrebbe essere utile fare una piccolo rinnovamento generale. Siamo stati a Perugia in un momento di vacanza anche per gli studenti e la sera, essendoci diversi bar nella via c’era abbastanza rumore, ma niente di insopportabile e poi non è andato avanti a lungo
