If you don't mind a bit of a walk to the Old City, this retro apartment is fun.

The apartment is spacious with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. The building has a convenient elevator.

The AC only extended to the common areas, not the bedrooms.

This was a perfect stay for our purposes; has everything you need; a lovely host and an easy walk into Split.

Spacious, with washing machine and washing line, good wifi, air conditioning; very close to Lidl, easy walk into Split. The owner was lovely and very helpful. There were 2 lifts to access the property.

It is on the 4th floor of a tower block on a housing estate. It’s perfect for a reasonably priced place to access Split; however it’s not in itself a particularly attractive location. The people who lived we met seemed lovely and it felt safe; however we arrived in the dark and it was incredibly difficult to find as there’s a few tower blocks in the vicinity and they’re not clearly marked.

Pleasantly surprising and unique accommodation.

20 minute walk to the old city. Parking available. The apartment is very large with furniture not from IKEA. The kitchen and bathrooms are remodelled but the handmade hardwood dressers, cabinets, and hutch fascinated my kids. We don’t know how they were placed in the rooms as they could not possibly fit through the doors or be carried. The host was terrific, spoke English and arranged for us to check out early. Our family of 4 slept very well. Super quiet and clean. It’s a Soviet Era building but I think that just made it more cool.

The hosts are very responsive and flexible- we checked in early and checked out late (thank you!) The flat is very spacious and clean! Comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms. There is a washing machine.

With 2 kids was perfect place for our vacation. We rent bikes and ride to the near beaches.

This met our needs for a quick overnight before getting on the ferry to Vis island.

The apartment was very clean with plenty of room for our group of five.

Parking was a bit tricky, and the apartment building is in a busy location and an old building with very small elevators.

Useful

The aparment is very big, with 2 bathrooms and an enourmous living and kitchen room. A free parking area above the apartment and Lidl market in front of the street. The apartment is close to the city centre (about 1 km) but we prefer to reach it by car.

The bulding so ancient with a bad maintenance. The air conditioning not well working and so far from the rooms (anyway you can find 2 fans into the rooms).
