Staff were super friendly and made checking in a pleasure. The room was well equipped and I had a great stay. Interior of the building and pool area very nice. I also felt quite safe.
Not necessarily something that I did not like, but the exterior of the building is going to need some TLC soon. The wood work needs upkeep and paint is starting to peel. Nothing major, but just a nudge so that it does not get out of hand.

The staff is very friendly,you feel welcomed and it’s like a home away from home.Ashby is very clean and safe,walking distance to the beach and shopping centres.

The location is good
The room we were in, room 11, made us feel very claustrophobic and the bed was very uncomfortable. The images on the booking didn't reflect the room that we stayed in.
