a perfect vacation

this wonderful apartment is located in the center of the old town. it is very close to the bus station so check in, even though it was late, was perfect. the apartment has everything you need, the kitchen is well equipped. Lots of daytime sunlight...enjoyed it

Excellent old town location, ample comfortable unit but expect many stairs.

Excellent location in old town and close to bus station. Large apartment lots of space, big bed and kitchen with view of old town from above and to mountains. A welcome bottle of local white wine was much appreciated.

Many steps, 52 in fact to reach the apartment. Needed our host to come and guide us there. The wifi had some slow moments. On a different note, we found that our e-sim did not work in Montengro, but was ok in Croatia. Finally, if coming by bus from outside country like Croatia expect long delay at border crossings. Bus trip from Dubrovnik was supposed to be 2.5hrs but it took almost 6hrs !!

Nice cozy place

Very nice and cozy place. Beautiful interior and great place to live right in the old town. We were met on time and all necessary information was provided. Great view from windows

Amazing location

Amazing location, within the walls of the old city. That said, there are a LOT of steps to get there. The host was good enough meet us at the bottom and assist us with our luggage. She also met us upon checkout and helped us get our luggage down. The apartment had lots of amenities and we loved having all the windows open at night instead of air conditioning.

The stairs! But we now know to ask 😉 Also, it can be quite noisy. Both of those are the price you pay for such an amazing location.

It's a lovely holiday home and we would love to come again.

The property is located in the old town (close to entrance). One might think this would be a noisy place when walking into the old town. However, walking a few steps up, one will find this lovely place like home: very quiet, clean, and everything you will need at home is available. We were very fond of this place, as we felt it was exactly like a traditional home in a mountainous town facing the sea (bay). Opening the windows, one breathes really fresh air in the morning, and finds oneself in excellent combination of nature and town life: everything is in a few steps away. The staff is very friendly, patient and helpful.

Very nice

This apartment is perfectly located in the very center, in the heart of the Old Town. The area is beautifully equipped with everything you might need – from restaurants and bars to a supermarket and several boat tour agencies to explore the stunning Bay of Kotor. The apartment itself is spotless, very clean and cozy, with a well-equipped kitchen that has everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The room is lovely and welcoming, with extra bed linen and plenty of towels provided. Shampoo and shower gel were also available, which was a nice touch. Overall, the apartment made a wonderful impression. It’s clear that the hosts care about the comfort of their guests – the owner was incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help. I truly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kotor – it has everything you need for a beautiful and relaxing stay!

A great stay right in town

Location was perfect, other than the bar downstairs being loud at times. Lucky, we have a fairly thick skin and can deal with it fine. A great apartment base to walk through the old town.

Pub downstairs can be loud until 12 midnight each night.

Excellent location in the old town. Excellent communication and support from the host (he led the the bus stop for Perast). Excellent facilities, and comfort. Tastefully decorated. Heaps of spare linen etc. Spacious, quiet, with all the add ons like washing powder. Really good shower.

Very convenient location. Everything can be reached on foot. Apartment is in a house in the Old Town, everything is as in the photos. Very cozy - this is the main factor for me. In my opinion, the prices in Kotor are greatly inflated, so this apartment is a great option, suitable for several people. There are various shops and cafes within a one-minute walk. I recommend it.

Very good

The location is good in the old part of Kotor. And the apartment is cosy.

The host is a Serbian nationalist and supporter of Putin. That is his own choice of course, but if I had known this I would not have booked the apartment. I told him this and I think it is good for those who care as well to be aware of it. They might choose other accomodation. But as I said, before the apartment itself is nice.

Wonderful place!

Wonderful quiet location, with 50 stairs. The apartment has everything I needed including washing powder for the washing machine. Good wifi. The owner sent a very good description with pictures of how to find the apartment and is available on whatsapp when needed for any question. I really enjoyed in the apartment!

The shower doesn't have a hanging valve on the wall, so you have to hold it all the time. Also, couple of plates could be cleaner.

Everything was perfect, The Apartment is very nice and clean, The location is in the old town, It's very convenient, He is best host i have ever seen, friendly and helpful. Our hosts was lovely. The apartment is fully equipped. Great location and a great view of the mountains through the old town. One can hear people from the street and bars, but even so, it is quite enough.

As we entered the house there was hairs from other people. Not a big deal, but I think the place could have been a bit cleaner. We couldn't find the flat quickly, I'd suggest other guests to look up beforehand.

Ubicada dentro del casco antiguo, cercanía a la terminal de autobuses, cuenta con cocineta, la anfitriona muy atenta, siempre en comunicación y te da muchas recomendaciones para poder visitar. La cama es muy cómoda.

Debes subir muchos escalones por un callejón muy estrecho para llegar al apartamento, si tienes problemas de movilidad o llevas maletas muy pesadas me lo pensaría dos veces. El sofá cama es muy duro y algunas instalaciones y mobiliario necesitan ser renovados.

Konumu çok iyidi. Gayet kullanışlı bir ev tavsiye ederim old town içinde her yere yürüme mesafesinde.

Isıtma olanağı daha iyi olabilirdi. Fakat odada 3 adet farklı ısıtıcı vardı hepsini kullandık ve öyle ısındık. Güzeldi.
