One thing didnt like was bathroom flush press buttons and Muslim shower knob in my room was really hard to push or press.

It had everything you could need for a longer stay including a great PT, good food and spacious rooms. I liked the location.

It was only one day stay , but not worth for money.

Hotel location is good. Foods are moderate. Also room ambience was moderate. Nothing to say much attractive as compared to other 5-star hotels like Taj, Pullman etc..Could be the JLT facility , I don't have experience with other Movenpick facilities in Dubai

Overall it's below average as compared to other 5-star hotels which I stayed. Meantime, the room rent was too high as it did not meet the expectations

This place was worse than a 3-star hotel, but you were between 8-9 on a 5-star rating. You can't deceive people.

Terrible

We were given a room for wheelchair with a bathroom that is perfect for a disabled person but not good for us - water splashed all over . Not very clean . The location is not good, you have to cross a huge street to get to the nice part of Dubai. We asked the reception to change the room they didn’t . We tried communication through booking to change or cancel the remaining nights . They never answered . Our agent called booking to get the two nights we didn’t take cancelled . They asked for “evidence “ and said the property did not respond - of course . We booked through booking to get some sort of guaranteed support . Which in this case , hasn’t proved useful .

Simple, no frills hotel that is a good option for a stay with family.

the breakfast was varied, the hotel smells nice and its spacious. The valet service was adequate with some waiting times somedays but not tremendous. the staff was polite but sometimes a bit too much even.

There was a leakage on the ceiling of the corridor when we arrived that left a strong smell of mould across the floor. On the day that it was repaired, the water was cut off, and although i understand the need for this, i would like to have been informed about it. The housekeeping team always left the AC on in freezing temperatures with left me and my son with a slight cold and somewhat uncomfortable when we arrive back at the room.

Comfortable and clean hotel, staff at check-in not the best

The hotel feels clean and new, the room was very comfy, spacious and clean.

The young woman (the one without glasses) at the checkin and checkout had no communication skills, was basically ignoring the guests, and she was painfully slow while the counter was not busy at all. She just looked at the screen and took forever, it didn't look like she was new and not knowing what to do, just seemed she was not present/interested... so that was really weird. I mean, we all have bad days, but basic professional manners would do the job. I also asked for a quiet room and she gave me a noisy one, while reassuring me my request made online is being honored... so, not sure what happened there --

I had a wonderful stay at Mövenpick Hotel Jumeirah Lakes Towers Dubai. The hotel is very clean and peaceful, with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were extremely kind and professional, especially Mr. Ali at the reception who made my experience even better. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent, and I really enjoyed the warm pool as well. The location is also very nice, close to Dubai Marina, which makes it even more convenient. Overall, it was a delightful stay and I would happily return.

The staff were extremely friendly and hospitable. Shout out to Zipporah, who was very kind enough to assist me with a smoking accessible room and answered all my questions. Wished we could've accessed the facilities, but it was just a one night stay so probably next time!

The room is amazing, but it would be better to have some comfortable pillows for sleeping. Would be nice also if you could add breakfast for the guests with a little more concession.
