The room was spacious and clean. The receptionists were very friendly and polite. They gave me a small surprise for my birthday which was very heartwarming.
Special shout out to Jitendra who greeted me on my birthday and who prepared the special arrangement for me. Breakfast was really sumptuous. Thanks to Rey, Patience, and Kaung who were very hospitable and caring for my needs.
There was no hairdryer in the bathroom. I didn’t ask for one anyway but normally hotels would provide one already.

room was fine no problem
I got in at 3 am and checked out at 7 pm the next day, but was charged for two whole nights' stay.
I expected a discount, as I have been coming to your hotel for years and seem to remember receiving discounts before. However, the receptionist was adamant that they could not do anything for me, except to ensure that i paid for the two nights in full before showing me to my room.
