I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel. I truly enjoyed every moment. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming, and they made me feel so comfortable throughout my stay. Thank you for the amazing hospitality—I would definitely love to come back!

I arrived at 3:30 PM to check in, and every single person at reception refused to check me in because I didn’t have my physical Emirates ID on me. The reason? It had literally been renewed that same day and the physical card had not even been delivered yet. I explained multiple times that my friend, who was staying with me, would arrive later and could provide his physical ID, but I needed to check in first because I had an event to attend. Not a single person tried to help. Not one alternative solution was offered. Even the supervisor refused to do anything and everyone basically ignored me while moving on to help other guests as if I didn’t exist. No apology, no effort, no willingness to find a solution. As a result, I was forced to sit around and wait FIVE HOURS until my friend drove all the way from Abu Dhabi just so I could get checked in. And even after he arrived, the process was still a mess because reception suddenly claimed the booking name had not been updated yet. To make things even worse, when I asked about my luggage because nobody seemed to know where it was, the receptionist spoke to me rudely and told me to go check with the valet myself. Excuse me? Isn’t that literally your job? I finally checked in at almost 9 PM. Five and a half hours wasted. No apology. No acknowledgment. No attempt whatsoever to make up for the inconvenience they caused. I have stayed in many hotels, but this was genuinely one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had, not just in a hotel, but anywhere in Dubai. I felt completely ignored, disrespected, and treated like I was a nuisance rather than a paying guest. The staff clearly have no idea what hospitality means. If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. I will never stay here again, and I will make sure everyone I know hears about this experience before considering this hotel. Absolutely disgusting!
