From start to finish excellent

everything, parking is a real bonus. Staff were all friendly and welcoming from check in to breakfast and check out. Lily checked us in and was lovely. I really liked that I contacted the property before arrival re parking and they replied immediately and gave me the options. Parking on site was an absolute bonus

Very clean and well presented. Very helpful staff thpughout Hotel. Room was clean and what you would have expected. Breakfast was good, with a wide range of options to start the day.

Nothing major, only thing we would say was entry to the overflow car park. I'll tight to get in, in a family sized car but that was all.

It was close to my dads and sisters house and in a convenient location

Unfortunately there was an orange stain on the duvet, shampoo was left on the shower floor along with hair and pubic hair on the floor. And one towel was stained brown.

Property is in an excellent location, close to the city centre. It is also quiet, with very little internal or external noise. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean and the bed is comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful and breakfast is good, with a wide variety of food on offer.

As breakfast is served until 11am, it would be nice if check-out time was later to accommodate that. Checkout at 11am is a little inconvenient; 11:30am or even 12:00pm would be better. Also, the closest car park is small and quite expensive, with no discount for hotel guests.

Great place for an overnight stay or a short city break

Easy to find, outstanding value for money, staff helpful and polite, excellent breakfast.

The signage within the car park is confusing and contradictory and the drive paths are narrow and abutted by obstacles. Whilst these are mostly clearly marked care is needed. Once parked it’s fine.

Parking expensive. Breakfast not good - scrambled eggs dry, no option to have eggs any other way. Breakfast area not inviting. Limited condiments - no chilli sauce. Group dominated the small gym. Family rooms only available in the hotel extension , no views. When I asked if the room had a view - checking in staff said “it’s Sheffield”.

Excellent hotel

4th floor room, nice and bright, easy to control temperature, comfy bed, quiet, superb bathroom with walk-in shower, friendly and helpful staff, great location, good breakfast, good evening meal. I was delighted with this choice of hotel for a weekend working in Sheffield. I will choose it again next time I find myself in the city.
