Regrettable.

The location was useful for us.

The room absolutely stank of marijuanas. The smoke alarm was covered with a plastic bag. They had used lots of cheap air fresheners to try and mask the smell. The "double" beds were tiny. And were side by side. I was expecting them to be in separate areas. The washing machine had bedding inside.

Falls well short of a ‘boutique’ hotel. Poor standards.

Warm welcome on arrival. Very clean kitchen and bathroom.

Sheets very crumpled. The room stank of pungent food. The window was open on arrival (presumably to get rid of the awful food smell) but the room was freezing cold (4 degrees outside ) and not what we needed after a long drive. The washing machine had a full load going on in the kitchenette on arrival. The chairs were so stained we didn’t want to sit on them.

Nicely located and the building is beautiful. The lady I spoke to a few times on the phone was lovely.

It was a shame because my room wasn’t ready when I had booked to arrive. I had been hopeful for a nap before heading out but couldn’t. The duvet didn’t seem to fit in the cover so very uncomfortable. Being next to the front door it was very noisy.

Sounded like waterfall inside the room (3) everytime someone flushed in the building, security light shining through window with no curtain and noisy neighbours playing video games until gone 3am - not ideal before an interview

Amazing

Everything was clean and efficient. It was like an apartment, in a small space, but a space that felt safe. Kitchen was all in working order. The beds were comfortable. Perfect value for money, if not, exceptional.

Not a hotel converted flats extremely stressful experience

This is a honest review. I thought the bed was comfortable location was good but it’s DEFINITELY not a hotel like a converted block of flats. I booked it with it being advertised as a hotel it isn’t or even bed and breakfast place. I turned up there no reception staff extremely stressful experience

No reception staff when turning up found it extremely stressful experience as I thought I have been scammed as got there night time no one around to take to me the room unable to get hold of anyone by contacting them waiting around, no tea or coffee in the room unable to switch lights off from washing machine room absolutely crazy internet didn’t work. I think the wiring to washing machine room extremely dangerous

Ok for a budget stay

Good size room, nice clean bathroom and hot shower, good tv with Netflix. Soft carpets, quiet location

No tea & coffee or milk, no shampoo or shower gel. Hard bed, hard to find. Address was 5,Beverley Road, not Kingsley Boutique Hotel. Taxi driver hadn’t even heard of it. There was a left over Chinese takeaway in the fridge. Kitchen looked well equipped but as we didn’t plan on staying out we didn’t use it as we had no food etc with us.

The building is in a very area but the accommodation needs a little more thought

The rooms were newly decorated and spacious

Not quite enough attention to detail, visually it appears very nice but no cutlery in the kitchen, large tv on the wall but no aerial or remote. No bedside table, two beds were put into the room where there was really only a space for one good sized double.

Not ready for guests yet.

The list is very long I'm afraid. I actually left the bloke a suggested snagging list of things to finish /do. I think it'll be OK when he gets it all done. One of the big concerns was security. The front and back door seemed to always be open. At one point a man just walked into our room. Startled....he just said "oh....house keeping?" He hadn't knocked or anything. I was in the shower but my sister was in the room listening to music. No fire escape instructions, windows didn't open, tv didn't work, radiators didn't work. Not enough crockery or glasses. Cutlery shocking. Bathroom floor was filthy, so was the unwashed white bath mat!! No privacy glass in bathroom or blind or extractor. Curtains didn't fit properly and look shocking.

strange experience, definitely not a "boutique hotel". its a collection of flats.

Poor check in experience. we booked a two room " suite" but were given the wrong room initially and had to wait around whilst they moved someone out of another room. window latches broken so windows did not close properly so traffic noise was bad, THIS PLACE IS NOT A HOTEL and should not be advertised as such, it is a multiple occupancy collection of flats/rooms, no reception. poor instructions on how to gain access had to call mobile number on arrival. not enough parking so had to park on road. The "balcony" advertised for our room was actually a metal fire escape set of steps ?!!!?? poor security as front door not locked even at midnight. it all felt a bit amateurish. We think the place has only just opened as all the carpets and furnishing were new but some aspects were not quite finished. everything was clean and tidy with new bedding . our room was cold as the radiator needed bleeding which i did myself. the foyer area was not welcoming as was full of cleaning equipment, bedding and suitcases which all looked like they had just been dumped there . over priced for what it is.

Great new apartment, excellent value for money.

Very friendly helpful staff. The apartment was excellent value for money. It looked brand new. There were a few tiny DIY jobs like finishing off the bathroom, but for the price, it didn't worry us. I'm sure they will get that finished. Very soft carpet!

The price was expensive for the standard of service.

The flatlet was clean, warm, recently decorated and in a good location

There was no reception, check-in was by phoning a mobile and leaving a message. Check out was the same. The flatlet was not quite ready for occupation- missing lampshades, socket for tv wire had to be stretched over the entrance door. The two main windows could be opened from outside. They were big ground floor windows opposite the main entrance. After a hunt, a key was found so I kept the windows locked for security. There was no room cleaning.

Nu mi-a plăcut we

Prosoapele ude și murdare Lenjerie ne schimba și murdara Baia ne dezinfectat și dusl ne curățat era plin de par foarte dezgustător. Foarte mult praf pe calorifere peste tot. Paturile nefăcute. A trebuie sa dorm cu hainele de stradă pe mine, am. Încercat sa dorm doar în chiloți și ma luat o mâncărime de piele Foarte dezamăgitor. Plus ca m au taxat 10 lire extra ca am ajuns cu 1 ora mai devreme.
