Good location, good amount of space

Room was dated, neighbours made a lot of noise. We ended up having to go next door and asking them to be quiet. Feel this could have been taken care of by the owners. One of the most expensive spots on our Northland trip. Basic Motel.

Postitioned perfectly close to the beach.

The unit was warm and the shower was lovely good water flow and never went cold. The unit was clean and the bed was so comfortable. Enjoyed our stay and would book again if we went back to Opononi.

Outside back door is high housing and all we heard was racing of dirt bikes and can see into room through kitchen No air con. It was super muggy and hot. No water pressure in shower. Unfortunately spa bath was advertised but not clean and unavailable for use

Excellent place to stay if you like quiet and few people.

A lot of space with the separate bedroom. Two nice comfy chairs were greatly appreciated, as was the extra table for writing and eating. Staff was very friendly and the check-in took next to no time.
