Great Location, beautiful views and ckean and tidy.

Beach was just a hop across the road, restaurants and Tavern was within walking distance. Property was clean and had everything we needed.

The shower was small, shower curtain kept getting in the way or stuck to you once wet

The car park was good but if it was full with big suv cars it would have been difficult to manoeuvre in the parking area.

Great location to enjoy the beach and easy walking distance from the village amenities. Room was clean and comfortable.

Despite the description, there is no sea view from the room, or any view for that matter. The parking is a little tight and directly outside each room, so sitting outside on your ‘terace’ does feel a bit like sitting in a car park.

Location is amazing, right across road from water, with dinner and boozing options nearby.

Spa pool not working. Apparently the managers turn it off and empty it in Summer so guests don’t get sand in it. Either don’t advertise a spa pool, or provide a spa pool. Receipt attracts negative reviews

Good location, good amount of space

Room was dated, neighbours made a lot of noise. We ended up having to go next door and asking them to be quiet. Feel this could have been taken care of by the owners. One of the most expensive spots on our Northland trip. Basic Motel.

Lovely location, super friendly staff, lots of useful equipment in the kitchen, comfortable bed with good pillows, nice sitting area.

Very thin walls - could hear too much of neighbours' TV and bathroom.
