Fantastic villa with amazing staff :)

The stay really couldn't have been any better, the staff were so friendly, the cleaning was daily and the villa was fantastic, beautiful pool, great location with shops, cafes and restaurants on your doorstep and the beach just down the road. Highly recommend, I'll be back for sure!

Beautiful, simple and calm

Plunge pool was amazing, bed was super comfy! Simple oasis with lovely decor and sunlight in the pool from the morning until about 2pm. Great location, spacious room.

I wish the outdoor chairs were slightly more comfortable. Maybe even a little sunbed/ lounge.

Lovely trip to Canggu.

Location was excellent, everything within a short walk. Outdoor area and inside of the apartments was very clean. Pool was exceptional! Great temperature, clean and automatic filter to make sure it stays clean! Staff were so lovely and accommodating! Big thanks to Eni for taking suchgood care of us. An amazing place to stay!

The receptionist Eni was amazing she was really helpful. The room was okay, the location was good. Some TLC and some honest pics of the rooms would be helpful for future bookers

The rooms where I stayed (2) were a little run down. I think some general maintenance and some deeper cleaning (it was clean) (just need a proper scrub) it would improve the place.

Absolutely loved my stay! The villa was beautiful, very comfortable, and the private pool made it feel extra special. The bed was comfortable and room service was daily. Extremely polite and friendly staff. We even extended our stay. Close to the beach and overall great location. Will definitely come back!

Plunge pool was clean. Room was perfectly kept. Quiet and private space. Right next to Copenhagen cafe which can be totally skipped btw. It's next to Beach House massage which is a great. Supermarket and Wine store are right next to the property

The only feedback would be to have steps to come out of the pool as my wife had an injury in one hand and she was having trouble coming out of it.

Great private villa, great location and a must stay in Canggu!

We absolutely loved having this relaxing little villa to ourselves, we never felt the desire to go out for the day. The pool is a great addition, the villa feels super safe and great location near shops and restaurants. Great having a smart tv, air con was great, comfortable bed and tea and coffee facilities/fridge were a nice addition. Lovely little stay tucked off the main road, very quiet.

We still loved the pool, but it’s not big enough to swim. It’s more of a plunge pool but much appreciated in the heat, and nice to have it to yourself. We personally felt a little uneasy when we had someone knock and while they called out, it was quite a shock when they came in when we weren’t expecting them. We wished they had another bin, as there was only one in the toilet of which was used for toilet paper.

Great location in a quieter part of Canggu away from night clubs and construction work with great choices of cafes, shops and spas nearby. Daily cleaning staff and drinking water refill. Highly recommended for solo travellers and/or couple seeking relaxation.

The only downside was access to plunge pool with no stairs, challenging for limited mobility.

I wouldn't come back. I prefer quality and I hate sharing my room with bugs, cockroaches and geckos.

The first place I booked had an unidentifiable noise that was keeping me awake so I was offered another couple of places to choose from. I appreciated and took up the offer despite it meaning I'd have to change accommodations half way through my stay. However when I found that there were a lot of bugs, cockroaches and geckos in my 2nd accommodation, I voiced my concern that due to the properties' similarities, I worried they'd exist in the next property that I was to move into. But management kindly offered to cancel my following booking so that I could go and find another property. This I did through someone else and found the perfect place - clean, beautiful, well located and much cheaper. Cleaners were delightful and did a great job and the pool area was quite nice and it wasn't directly on the main road which is really noisy.

I didn't like that there were cockroaches and geckos in the property and that there seemed no way to keep them out. There were many gaps in floor boards and where the walls met the floor etc. It would have been an impossible task. The geckos would make a noise that kept me awake at night. There were lots of bugs and I left the property covered in bites. Also, the quality of the fixtures etc were poor - broken taps etc. VERY poor plumbing resulting in a dreadful odour emitting from the bathroom all the time. Pouring bleach down the drains didn't help. I also didn't like the fact that I got Bali Belly on the day I was to move accommodation and as I was extremely sick and alone, and I knew the next guests wouldn't be arriving till later that evening, I explained this and asked if the cleaners could clean my room last so that I could rest a bit and allow the meds a chance to work before I had to leave the property. But despite this being of no inconvenience to them, they told me I could only stay in the room longer at a rate of IDR400,000 per hour (approximately AUD40 p h).

An oasis in Canggu

We stayed at The Apartments Canggu for 10 days. The communication with staff ahead of our arrival was easy and they made sure to accommodate our arrival time as the reception is not staffed 24/7. Our apartment was just lovely. One separate bedroom with bathroom, one dining room with kitchen and a small garden with pool. The pool is perfect for relaxing and winding down after a day of exploring. Both rooms are fitted with an air conditioner. There is WIFI and a TV in the bedroom where you can watch YouTube etc. The kitchen is equipped with essentials that allow you to prepare meals for 2 people. While The Apartments in Canggu is located next to a street that can get quite busy, our apartment itself was located in a nearby alley, away from traffic. The upside of the central location is that restaurants, bars, shops etc. are within walking distance. If we're ever in the area again, we would definitely stay at The Apartments Canggu again.

Very comfortable stay, perfect for a few days before flying home

Spacious, safe, clean and comfortable Villa, great outside space and pool. Perfect for us and had everything that you needed. Eni was so responsive to messages before arrival and met us at the Villa, very helpful and friendly. Cleaning staff and pool guy very polite and do a good job, place was spotless. Beds super comfortable.

Bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, couldn’t flush toilet paper at all (had to put faeces covered toilet paper in bathroom bin stinking out bathroom - disgusting!), very small outside area and overpriced for what you get.
