Peaceful retreat in Canggu

The pool and gardens were beautiful and immaculate. The best we had in all of Indonesia. The bed was very comfortable, the staff were lovely and really enjoyed the touch of aromatherapy in the bedroom and coconut water welcome drink.

An oasis in the bustle of Canggu

The whole property was very clean and very comfortable, the housekeepers are brilliant. Extra touches like diffusers in the room and a rose left on the bed on Valentine's Day were very sweet! The pool area is lovely, it felt like an oasis (though I was there in low season). Staff are very kind and helpful.

The layout of the outdoor bathroom bungalow is odd but there are plenty of other room options. The listing gave an impression of quite a social environment but in my experience the other travellers here kept to themselves.

Relaxing stay located around many cafes and restaurants

The pool area was great and very clean, the staff are super friendly and accommodating to any request, I actually extend my stay for 2 extra night , beds are soo comfy. It was also Valentine’s Day when I stayed at the put a rose and a note on the bed when they cleaned the room :) was very sweet.

Gorgeous spot, very peaceful place to spend time and chill at the accommodation

This is a really beautiful space to stay and stay at the property. There are lots of areas to hang out and it's a very beauitful and peaceful environment. Multiple spots to sit outside with a book or laptop, nice pool area, very lush, beautiful and comfortable.

There were bright lights outside my bedroom at night, although I had curtains, a lof of light still poured into the room and I wouldn't habe been able to sleep without an eye mask. Also, my room had full glass doors and wall essentially... which I love... except that it was public space right outside my room, so I had to have the sheer curtains closed in order for my room to be private during the day (as did other rooms as well).

lush little oasis in Canggu perfect for a relaxing getaway

This was a comfortable modern room in a mini resort setting in central Canggu district set back off the main road. All staff are friendly and helpful and on site quick to manage any issues. The peaceful tropical garden setting felt safe and calm and perfect for relaxing with large plunge pool and multiple lounge/work areas. Some favourite restos, warungs and cafes a short stroll up the lane. A quick scooter trip to the beach and everything Canggu has going on. Safe enough to walk as well if you prefer. I was able to extend my check out time ahead of a red eye flight. Quick and well priced laundry service. I look forward to returning and recommending.

I actually prefer no TV in the room maybe others won't. There was some club noise on the Monday night but ear plugs were provided and the noise didn't long past midnight. Minimal construction noise only noticeable in the bathroom. The little fridge got its hum on through the night so I just unplugged it till the morning.. Drinking water was topped up in bottles which is great for cutting down on plastic waste except the internal lids were a little grimy. They were replaced clean from the front desk

Loved everything about our stay

We had such a great time at The Palms. From the moment we arrived, it felt welcoming and calm. The room was clean, bright, and had everything we needed. We spent most of our time by the pool or walking to nearby cafes, the location’s perfect. What really stood out was the staff, everyone was so kind and genuine, it made the whole stay feel personal. We’ll definitely be coming back next time we’re in Bali.

Perfect for solo travellers!

I got poorly with food poisoning whilst I was away and Gede was amazing with encouraging me to see the doctor and giving me advice. As a first time solo traveller I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Such friendly staff and beautiful surroundings!

I had a wonderful stay at The Palm Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff impressed me with their outstanding hospitality, kindness, and professionalism. Special thanks to Gede at the reception, who welcomed me warmly and made everything smooth from check-in to check-out. Everyone I met was polite and always ready to assist with a genuine smile. The service was consistently excellent — from reception to housekeeping and the restaurant. Such a great find

Stayed here with my boyfriend and we both really loved it. The place has this calm, easygoing feel that made us relax straight away. The room was clean and bright and had everything we needed in it. The pool was amazingly beautiful surrounded by lush gardens everywhere and had amazingly comfortable day beds to chill on. Staff were super friendly and I loved how it was so close to all the best cafes and restaurants. We’d definitely come back next time we’re in Canggu.

Fantastic stay and would highly recommend!

The property was fantastic, just like the photos! It’s a 20 minute walk out of the hustle and bustle but a 5 min Grab ride so nice and quiet in the evenings. The surroundings are beautiful and the staff are super friendly and accommodating. I was here celebrating my mum’s 70th and they put a “happy birthday” banner in our room which I thought was lovely personal touch and much appreciated! The bed was comfy and the place was spotless and very tastefully decorated. I’d definitely recommend this to anyone considering to stay and I hope to return 1 day. The check in and out process was seamless and we had a lovely welcome drink with cooling towels. Thank you for such a great stay!

Really good value for money. Location is super central & close to everything but located in a very quiet street off one of the busy streets away from the chaos of canggu. Pingpong table is a nice touch. The staff and manager Gede were very friendly and helpful. My bungalow (room nr 13) was in the corner with a really nice garden giving me maximum privacy and space for chilling out. The pool area is also really nice, clean & relaxing.

Absolutely nothing to complain about. There's no restaurant on the property but it's less than 5 minutes walk to the main street with many different breakfast / brunch cafes & restaurants. I'll book here again for sure.

Really loved my time here

Really loved my time here. The vibe is laid-back and everything is very clean and well looked after. Room was comfy, great water pressure, fast WiFi. The pool area was perfect for lazy afternoons, and I appreciated how quiet the whole place felt even though it’s really close to the centre of Canggu.
