A beautiful stay - beautiful staff, gorgeous styling, wonderfully located.

I just loved my stay at Love Song. The location is superb - cafes and restaurants nearby, and even the beach an easy walk away. The design and styling is divine. With only a small number of rooms, it was quiet, private and peaceful. The pool is perfect for a dip or soaking up the sunshine, and I loved my daybed for getting some work done while being outdoors. Staff were beautiful and so helpful. Will be back.

There's not much at all I didn't like about staying here. Facilities are perfect for a solo stay. If you want more atmosphere and action perhaps you'd stay elsewhere...but that's perfect, leave the room open for me :)

Good value for money

Loved the location of the property and the staff were really lovely and helpful. I was solo travelling so it was nice to have friendly people around the place that gave good advice when needed. The place looked really well loved the boho kind of style about it. They provided lovely shower gel and shampoo and fresh towel service when needed.

The room was a bit damp even when air-con was on and there was a bit of a smell in the shower not a huge thing

Gorgeous hotel, but not all fellow guests

Cute rooms, gorgeous pool/poolside, nice staff and well-kept rooms and common areas, convenient enough although not at beach, good value

I had neighbours in rooms next to me. For two nights they rolled in at about 4am, banging on their door and shouting both nights, as one or another was locked out, continually for several minutes, but seemed a long time. As there was no staff to perhaps manage situation, and I felt too uncomfortable to speak to drunk people alone, I felt a little put out. Perhaps I chose wrong area of Bali.

Perfect stay in canguu.

Gorgeous boutique hotel, even get pool towels which was a great addition. Quality shampoo and body wash was also a lovely addition. Lovely Bali decor with great staff. The owner even arranged a driver for us to Lovina. Short walk onto the busy strip with lots going on all the way down to the beach which took around 25 mins in total.

No reception as such but have come to learn this is quite common in Bali. Staff were always around and very friendly.

Good Location, Horrible Owner

Location

The owner, an australian man named “liki” was behaving as a thug and bullying one of the guest living in the hotel. One night I witnessed him grabbing and pushing a guest out of the room in a forceful and rough manner over an arguement. He then threatened to break the guest’s nose. I was shocked by such behavior and felt unsafe. It should not exists and especially so from an owner. !!! Please do not stay at his hotel and support such behavior. A thug and bully has no place in this society.

Good location if you want the hustle and bustle

Was good location and value for money. The staff was great too!

I did not realize it is near the busy road so you do hear motor cycles sound. Its not too close but for me I like no sound and quietness. So further down the road would be better for me.

it’s giving Love Island paradise!

Absolutely stunning rooms and pool area - actually nicer than the photos! I felt like I was on Love Island lol! Perfect trip.

Shower head and tap not working very well - pressure kept changing dramatically, but wasn’t enough to dull how amazing everything else was!

loved everything - very sneaky to find, look for the number they give you next to the cafe then it’s down a side street. once you’ve been down you’ll know where it is. The hotel sign is in an alcove so you can’t see it until your there.

We would like to thank the whole love song team! it was a wonderful stay. The location is simply perfect, everything is in the immediate vicinity, whether laundry, top restaurants, trendy coffee shops or yoga studios. the rooms are lovingly and stylishly furnished. the rooms are cleaned daily. Everything is super clean and the hotel is on a side street, so it's quiet with no street noise. The staff is very helpful. we can only recommend this little place! We are very grateful for the great impressions in the hotel and canngu and will definitely be back!

Wonderful

This place has been recently renovated and the interior of the rooms have a beautiful aesthetic. It was the nicest room that I stayed in the whole time in Bali. In previous comments there is mention of no doors to the toilet and this has been addressed. We had 2 villas and both had doors.

The only thing I can say is the shower was very temperamental. We had 2 villas and in our villa the hot water would come on very hot for like 30 seconds then it would go luke warm. I then used the shower in the other villa and the temperature was ok but the pressure was very weak. Other than this I could not fault my stay. Absolutely loved Love Song and would highly recommend.

the property is in the perfect location. the room itself is super spacious, with the most comfortable bed and the pool is perfect for a dip / lay in the sun to escape the chaos of Canggu.

They told me didn’t have booking when we arrived. the Australian owner actually got annoyed at me for asking rather than apologising for his mistake. literally gave me a lecture on how to behave calmly in Bali whilst being aggressive. pretty sure he was giving the lecture to himself I was sick during stay, and made it really difficult to change bed sheets. said they did it when they didn’t. Everything is low quality compared to what you get for the money in Bali. no atmosphere. Staff don’t speak english Called the Australian owner about Wi-Fi. told me “mate, stop worrying, it’s the best on the island” whilst I’m looking at the speed test saying it’s very slow. Wouldn’t even listen to my point The owner is clearly getting it wrong with their approach to customer service All in all, spend you money elsewhere with somewhere where you get good value for money

The best value for money in Canngu

One of the best places to stay on Batu Bolong. Awesome vibe, amazing staff, big clean rooms with a cool aesthetic. I just got back and there was new renovations throughout the hotel, it is simply great value for money. Big pool with loungers and all new swim up bar thats fully stocked with multiple classic cocktails including a few new ones and a selection of beers and hard seltzers. Perfect for a nice social drink to meet other guest but plenty of room to relax and enjoy solo too. Will always come back!

Nice Botique Hotel with perfect location

The location of the hotel is excellent! It was within 10-15min walking distance to our favorite cafes and spas. The room is spacious, the pool area wonderful and in the night it’s quite. We will be happy to come back.

The bathroom had a light musty smell from the sink and the water from the shower had very little pressure.

Felt very unwelcomed and unwanted as a guest

- The Hotel is located quite well, in the back of a main road. Grab will charge you extra bc of the long driveway, if you want to be dropped at the entrance. The bed was big and comfortable. 1 member of the staff was nice and helpful (young balines woman that actually don’t speak English)

- very passiv aggressiv owner texting several times asking when i will arrive and make me feel like arriving after 9pm is uncomfortable for them. - Also not available 24/7 and the contact given that should be available after 9pm is not texting back either. Asked for cutlery never got a response. Also getting text back like: Our stuff should have told you- they did not and even if i don’t have to remember everything this is not my job as a guest. - You only get 1 bottle of water a day. I started one in the morning and it was not topped of with an additional one. Access to water (for example a water dispenser) should be a standard. - The room is extremely noisy as several times commented by other people here already. You can hear every neighbor no matter what they do. - even if the room is newly renovated, the bathroom is not, very old and dirty shower installation.
