The whole stay was a disaster. The rooms and facilities looked amazing on pictures and the discount made us book it but it turned out a total nightmare. - The facilities were broken, not usable, the pool was dirty, the kitchen dirty and the kitchen tools moldy. Green mold. - the room was dirty, moldy and stank like mold as well. The worst thing is that my girlfriend got a big allergic reaction to the bed sheets or something else in the room, which never happened before. Her whole body was red and her skin rushed. We try to talk to the staff but they only told us they will clean the room. They did clean it but replaced the bed sheets with another dirty one. The information about mold and smell was just ignored. We wanted to change the room. It was denied. We wanted to leave and get our money back, because you couldn't stay in the room. Was denied. No hospitality, nothing. I never wrote something like this before but when the health of my partner is affected I have to change something. They have to change something. I really hope they will take our feedback serious.

The restaurant offered a satisfactory breakfast, and the restaurant staff demonstrated professionalism and courtesy.
The hotel presented several significant deficiencies. The bathroom lacked hygienic standards, as toilet paper disposal was prohibited, and the provided waste bin, a wicker basket, was not lined. An electrical outlet was repaired with insulation tape, indicating inadequate maintenance. The toilet seat was damaged, and an unpleasant odor permeated the bathroom. The provided towel was stained and worn. The balcony floor was unsanitary, and the balcony railing exhibited structural deterioration. The overall cleanliness and freshness of the room were unsatisfactory. The bathroom ventilation lacked a mosquito net, contrary to prior assurances by the hotel owner in replies to old reviews. The room's natural light was restricted by the canopy and bamboo blinds. Regarding financial transactions, the reception lacked sufficient cash. After providing 400,000 rupiah for a 380,000 rupiah bill, the 20,000 rupiah change was not immediately returned. The following day on checkout, the receptionist did not volunteer the change, and only provided it when I didn't leave the reception. The cumulative effect of these deficiencies resulted in a disappointing experience, particularly given the elevated price of the accommodation. The hotel's standards did not align with the cost, and I felt compelled to document these issues.
