Amazing staff, location, amenities. The staff were always so friendly and asking to join in on activities (I was so busy though I couldn’t do it all). A mix of chill but also party/social. The private rooms were so nice for the amount it cost!

I had a great stay! The staff were so nice and attentive and the pool is great.

The place is located right in the center of Canggu. There a lot of coffee shops and cafes around.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
The main problem is sanitation. There are spots on the walls, mold in the bathroom, stains on the bed sheets and towels. Chairs in the shared area is covered by dust. Also be ready to share the room with an ant colony. The staff cleans the room once a week and only if you ask for it. But even after the cleaning, the floor under the bed and room corners stay dirty.
Another problem is the noise. There is the main road nearby and a bunch of bars. So you'll hear the noise from motorbikes during the day and loud music at night. Earplugs helped me but if you're looking for a quiet place, it's not for you.
