Great value for money and friendly staff

The breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable and clean. There was air conditioning. Even though it’s close to the street, the rooms are quiet and it’s easy to get around. The rooms with balconies were really nice — sitting outside was relaxing.

The cleanliness could’ve been better, especially in the bathroom. Some guests were talking and shouting at 3 a.m. (We can’t really blame the hotel for that.) The pool could’ve been a bit cleaner.

Exceptional value - great staff- modern rooms

Room was exactly as pictured - new and modern. Staff were so accommodating and friendly. Accommodation was extremely quiet even though it was in a busy area (was like an oasis). Gardens were beautiful. Exceptional value for money and the breakfast was great

If I come back to Canggu, I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Santi and everything was truly perfect! The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and always smiling. Our room was cleaned every day, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. The place is surrounded by greenery, with a beautiful pool where we even swam in the rain – unforgettable! 🌿💦 They also helped us rent a motorbike, which made our trip much easier. We originally planned to stay 3 nights but loved it so much that we extended our stay. If I come back to Canggu, I would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for everything ❤️

Amazing stay!

It’s beautiful! Lovely plants everywhere, very zen. The staff are so so lovely and couldn’t do more for us! Comfortable beds, AC and very clean. They waited up till 1:30am for us to check in as we flew from Malaysia. The food it also lovely!

I didn't like that place

The pool was clean, hot water, the bed sheets were soft. The room is lighted

I found the place quite far from the beach. The staff wasn't particularly friendly by Bali's standard. The room smelled moth balls. They fried 4 huges ants in my mie goreng, when I switched to pancakes, the batter wasn't cooked. The wifi wasn't good either. The lack of privacy. Everyone passes in front of the glass door and windows. So it kinda cancels the purpose of having a lot of windows and being lighted since you have to keep your curtains closed for minimal privacy.

Decent property within the city

We stayed here for 3 nights. The place is very beautiful and well-maintained. Cleanliness is top notch. Rooms are tidy and spacious. One minus point for us vegetarian people is breakfast does not have veg option except the fried noodle. And little communication problem because the staff does not understand much English so we have to Google translate everything in Indonesian and convey.

The place was clean, the staff was friendly and they even let us do the late check out. The wifi connection was stable and the location was walking distance to everywhere.

The breakfast is very very simple, they should change the sausages for a better brand. The pillow was a bit too fat and my neck was stiff, but is not a major issue.

very good location, in the main street you will find many shops and restaurants. homestay looked good and staff was very friendly. Breakfast was also good.

the room could use a fresh coat of paint but for the money you pay you can't expect too much so it was fine. There was a bit of mold on the pillow.

Loved it. Everything to make a person happy and staff are extremely friendly! Girlfriend became ill and they even brought tea and allowed us to extend stay at good price and extend our scooter hire

Watch out for the dogs. Would stay again

The rooms are spacious and nice. Breakfast was okay, mattress was not too hard.

There’s dogs outside on the only small road leading up to the homestay that barks and look intimidating which is very unpleasant. The pillows are really uncomfortable. The pool is very murky and the owner came there with her kids which was extremely noisy, echoes very loud into the rooms.

clean, nice and comfy room with all you need. Good location to see Canggu in a few days. We Only had 2 nights and that was enough for us but we absolutely had a comfortable stay here, nearby everything.

The pool was not clean so nobody used it. Breakfast was ok.

VERY loud construction noise from 8am to around 5-6pm. staff don’t really speak English. it’s not a home stay it’s more of a motel. breakfast is okay.
