This is not a hotel it feels like a mafia base.. They were partying and streaming loudly in the open area by the pool all night long. The noise was unbearable, and I couldn’t sleep at all. I asked the administration to handle the situation, but they told me there was nothing they could do. I honestly felt scared. After that terrible night, I decided to leave first thing in the morning and never come back. To make matters worse, they refused to refund the money for the extra night that I didn’t even stay. Do not even think about staying at this place.

Quaint stay, good for long term in superb Canggu location

I stayed here for about a month in January and had a great overall experience. The staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help. One thing I really appreciated was the affordable on-site laundry service, which is conveniently ready for pickup at reception within 24 hours. Housekeeping comes every couple of days, though I would have preferred fresh towels and toilet paper each time. The WiFi is generally stable, with the occasional outage that seems to happen across Bali. I also appreciate that it’s staffed 24/7 and my room had a safe. The location is also a big plus and very central and about a 10-minute Grab bike ride to almost everything. I wanted to extend my stay but found a more affordable option elsewhere; however, I would definitely come back here.

More frequently changing the sheets and fresh towels. Some loud partying noise at night that wasn’t addressed despite complaining.

Great cental location

Great location which provided easy walking access to explore Canggu. The property is set back from the main road, so was quieter than I expected. There did not appear to be many guests during our stay, so we always had the pool all to ourselves. Coffee and tea making facilities were provided in the room (however we had to buy our own milk). The staff were friendly and helpful.

The room itself was clean and comfortable, however I did note some mould in the bathroom which could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly. We stayed a single night and overall I was comfortable given the price point for this accomodation.

I was very satisfied with my stay at Lebak Residence. The location was perfect, right in the center of Canggu, yet the atmosphere inside was so calm that we felt like we were in paradise. The rooms were very spacious and clean, and the facilities were great. The pool was clean, and the overall ambiance was peaceful. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was cleaned every day, and we were provided with fresh towels daily. If I come back to Canggu, I will definitely stay here again! 🌺

Relax and chill stay

Our room (04) is right in front of the pool, very beautiful view. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. The staff provided air freshener, diffuser and mosquito liquid heater upon request.

The bathroom for room 4 has unpleasant smell, kind of mouldy odour. We told the staff and they provided air fresheners and fragrance diffuser for us. There are mosquitoes in the room too, the staff provided the mosquito repellant (liquid heater) to u.

Spacious room & Get things done in one place!!

Spacious room and bathroom area, quiet, calm ambiance and clean. I love the pool. Although this is a small property, it's has 3 seperate pool throughout the area. Best to book a villa over looking the pool. Location is good as it's nearby convenience store, cafés and restaurants, but it's about 10 -15 mins walk to main attractions (beach, bar, night life area). I also rent a motor bike from thé hôtel, such an easy transaction, they gave me bike with full tank. And there's laundry place same area with thé hôtel (next house) with affordable price, After it's done they drop the laundry to hôtel réception u just pick it up whenever i'm back.

Room have most of basic amenities, but do not have mini fridge.

The facilities and location of the hotel. So close to all the main restaurants and bars. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Great location, spacious rooms, three pools, and so so quiet. Although a lot of rooms, guests were no where to be seen often, or extremely polite and cautious of one another. Check in was easy at 1am! Room is oversized for bali, in this style of residence, with huge comfortable bed. Great larger style bathroom. No complaints here, and cleaned everyday. Would highly recommend for the afforable pricing. Scooter parking off the street, and super safe.

The room served it’s purpose for what I needed.

The bed was very comfortable, I booked this room just to have a few hours sleep after I arrived in Bali before moving to my next accommodation. The staff were very friendly. I was able to sit in the cafe and use the WiFi for a few hours after the check out time.

The bathroom could have been cleaner. The air conditioning unit in the bedroom leaked water while I was asleep and the sound woke me up to the desk covered with water and a puddle on the floor.

really enjoyed the property. The pool and gardens gave a great feeling of calm and tranquility. The staff were friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. The service was good and the rooms were clean. The overall atmosphere was one of relaxation and enjoyment, perfect for a relaxing holiday.

At first, I didn't like the soft bed at this property. I found it very uncomfortable and difficult to sleep on. Additionally, there were many moskitos in the toilet which was unpleasant. Overall, this property was good!

I was communicating with the villa prior to my stay, I informed them that my flight was delayed and they assured me that someone would wait at the villa to check me in. I gave them an estimated time that I would arrive at the villa and they were happy with this. When I arrived at the villa at the specified time, no one was there to check me in. No one would answer my calls or WhatsApp messages despite me being able to see that they were online and reading my messages, I waited for approx 30 minutes and still could not contact anyone. I was left with no where to stay very late at night by myself, appalling.

Great stay

Tucked off the busy main street so very quiet. Restaurants and supermarket close by. 30 min stroll to the beach. Rooms large. 3 pools, deep, so nice temperature. Gardens lovely. Breakfast basic but more than enough. Staff always friendly and welcoming. Great value. Very relaxing. Bed comfortable. Would recommend to friends.

No fridge in room, but kitchen area nearby and could use that fridge.

Happy and satisfied overall.

The villa is located in an area where it is not to close to the main road and as such, it was quiet and a good place to get some rest and sleep well. But at the same time not far away from the main road where there are many restaurants and shops. Villa is cosy with a nice pool and rooms are clean. Bed is super comfy too. Staff are friendly and accommodating.

If only they had better facilities such as a proper hair dryer, that would have made the experience better.

Great stay overall

The location is great. The staff are super friendly. The room was spacious. Air conditioning was great. Pool area was really nice. Away from road so peaceful and quiet.

The room was quite dark as the lighting was very low with no options other than to leave all the curtains open which compromises privacy. Drinking glasses in room were a bit dirty. Few plug sockets. No hand-towel provided or towel hangers/hooks, this seems to be a standard practice in Bali though.

Little Oasis

Lebak was an oasis with 3 pools and 3 courtyards. After walking up and down the busy streets it was perfect to come back to and relax by the pool with a beer. We had one of the three garden villas and it was quite lovely but the other rooms also looked quite nice too. Staff were very friendly and also helped with airport transfer. A great stay and great value 😊
