Lebak Bali Residence

We could choose between a room on the ground floor or on the first floor, and we went for the latter. We were definitely happy with that choice! We were also allowed to check in straight away, even though it was still morning. The hotel is located in a very quiet area. Even though it's right in the town centre, it's tucked away in a side street, which makes it really peaceful.

Breakfast was served as a set menu. Looking back, I would probably choose to have breakfast outside the hotel next time, as prices everywhere were very low and you could enjoy really healthy and delicious food.

Stayed several times and always beautiful

I stayed here for about a month in January and had a great overall experience. The staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help. One thing I really appreciated was the affordable on-site laundry service, which is conveniently ready for pickup at reception within 24 hours. Housekeeping comes every couple of days, though I would have preferred fresh towels and toilet paper each time. The WiFi is generally stable, with the occasional outage that seems to happen across Bali. I also appreciate that it’s staffed 24/7 and my room had a safe. The location is also a big plus and very central and about a 10-minute Grab bike ride to almost everything. I wanted to extend my stay but found a more affordable option elsewhere; however, I would definitely come back here.

More frequently changing the sheets and fresh towels. Some loud partying noise at night that wasn’t addressed despite complaining.

Doesn’t really look like on the photos, wasn’t that good or comfortable rooms, will not stay again.
