Great value, clean and tidy.

This is an older motel that has been tastefully renovated. The management were fantastic and the facilities clean and well equipped. This will be my new go accomodation to in Kaitaia

Very comfortable and great value for money

Central location, spacious unit, spotlessly clean and tidy. All facilities in mint condition. Very good air con (needed it, it was very hot). Very clean pool too, perfect for the kids. Very friendly staff. We will definitely stay there again.

Location was good, family room was fantastic, lots of space to spread out and the shower was the best we’ve come across. So clean and the staff were fantastic and helpful.

Not the fault of the hotel but there were noisy guests next door to us. The hotel were so apologetic and offered compensation. We liked that about them.

Kitchen hygiene was a let down. Beds need to be more comfortable.

Location was great. Bathroom was great. Great to have dining room separate.

The kitchen was riddled with ants on arrival & overnight. The single beds were very uncomfortable & hard. For a room full of women, the toilet paper was scarce.

The staff were very friendly, greeted by Teri and was set up straight away. Needed extra rubbish bags as we had a lot of rubbish, the ladies Teri and Loweda were very accomadating. It was nice to speak to the staff that understood what you needed, astray, rubbish bags and fly spray as there were ants. Showers were excellent, nice to have.

For 1 night price was good, unit very clean and good supply of toiletrees. Staff super excellent 😊

Needs updating of appliances, stove especially, had to wait longer than usual for pot of spaghetti to heat up and every stuck to frying pan, bed was very hard and uncomfortable, 1 single bed was so wobbly.
