Friendly and helpful host. Breakfast was good (continental and cooked) and included in the price making the total cost of stay very attractive.
Breakfast area opens only at 8am and then need to wait for it to be cooked and served. I was intending to be at the client site at 8am and ended up there at 8:45am. So, need to plan your meetings and any trips if you intend to have the complimentary breakfast there.

The hosts are great. They live at the property and are very accomodating and friendly. Central to Kaitaia.
Very run down and basic room and facilities, could hear the people next door like we were in the same room, room was small and cluttered.
