The moment we arrived, we were greeted with such warmth and friendliness. The gardens are beautiful. All the different varieties of flowers and roses was amazing. The lavender cottage we stayed in was amazing. Clean, warm and so comfortable. We loved it. Bruce and Theresa made you feel so welcome. Thank you.

Beautiful retreat that was in full bloom when we were there in October. The cottages are super cosy and well equipped. So many lovely details! There is an additional cabin that serves as common living room which is also very cosy and has a fully functioning kitchen installed. Teresa and Bruce are very warm hearted and helpful. We spontaneously decided to extend our stay here!

Such a beautiful setting, the gardens are a delight. The whole place is immaculate , couldn't fault and the location is perfect to view Tane Mahuta.

Setting around is nice.
So called private bathroom is ACROSS the garden. You need to put on rain boots and clothes to go there in the middle of the night. There is no mention of it in the room description.
