Quite, clean, affordable!

Honestly one of the best stays of our road trip! Claus was a wonderful host, the location was quite and very clean. Highly recommend. Bonus they have Kuneknue pigs!

A lovely relaxing stay, a great vibe, like a home away from home.

Clues is very friendly and accommodating, and very interesting to talk to. He is around if you need him but he leaves you to enjoy the property in peace if you don’t. A clear passion for sustainability and environmental care is evident. The kids loved the pool and feeding the pigs. The beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean.

The sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable.

Kerikeri hideaway

It was awesome that we could have our dog with us and could walk her in the orchard. She loved the kunekune. Staff were nice and helpful. As it had been raining, they allowed us to check in 1 1/2 hours earlier and we were able to watch Netflix. The very clean cottage was in a lovely orchard and the oranges were sweet to eat. My son loved the swimming pool and we were able to cook tea on the gas top stove and the small elecric oven. 10/10 for my family.

Amazing and homey stay!

It was very homey, the staff was very friendly and he offered fresh produce from his farm, parking was safe, and the general ambiance was amazing at is was surrounded by trees.

A charming lodge looking over an orange grove , with hens roaming and birds singing through the day as you sip your coffee/ beer/ wine on the deck. Just lovely.

Rural scenery with beautiful rustic interior and swimming pool available. Surrounding organic orchard with farm animals. Affordable, clean and comfortable. Host is very accommodating. Great outdoor verandah areas

No locks on the bedroom door and towels not provided for double rooms and dormitory stays. More designated parking area and signage needed ie; keep bathroom clean, food scraps etc. Only one shared bathroom available

A lovely stay once again. We will stay again whenever we’re in Kerikeri.

The setting in amongst the citrus trees is beautiful. Claus is a lovely host and the bungalows are obviously very well looked after and maintained. Beds very comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms are great. Absolute bonus that we can have the dogs join us for a weekend away!

Everything was great but a sofa that’s a bit comfier would be great.

Perfect accommodation

Perfect accommodation. A very spacious and comfortable two bedroom stand alone house. Very clean and supplied with everything you could want, especially in the kitchen. Shower had excellent water pressure. The spa bath looked very good though we didn't use it. The beds were comfortable and the wardrobes were useful. Pretty view of the organic orchard from all the windows. A lovely welcome when we arrived. A very easy drive to Kerikeri, just around the corner.

A nice stay with Klaus

A wonderful stay with Klaus in relax a lodge. Facilities were kept very clean. A bonus to have received free fruit from local orchards that were organic and had not been sprayed with any of those chemicals 🤮. Helpful signs in the bathroom ensured I was urinating correctly and with the appropriate level of cleanliness and excitement 👍

The rooms in the main lodge didn't lock. This may have been unnerving but I felt safe regardless and comforted by Klaus' presence. A British boy did wander into our room on the last night talking about Bristol cricket club and a strong innings from Jock McKenzie. While it made for a strange experience his offering of 'table tomatoes' cut through any potential tension.

Very pleasant stay!

Clean, good location and nice hosts. I stayed in shared accommodation - had my own room but shared bathroom and other amenities (kitchen, lounge). My bedroom had a comfy bed and big wardrobe with shelves for my clothes and luggage. Also, it had lots of mirrors and two power outlets.

The shared bathroom with shower has big window and door that are tempered glass. I wasn’t comfortable showering because you can see outside and inside.

What a nice cottage! We were nicely impressed with the facilities. The cottage was spotless and had everything we needed.

We struck a very wet patch of weather during our 3 day stay. There were no spoutings on the roof, and the sound of rain dripping off the roof kept me awake.

A lovely little house provided with everything you would need. Beautiful orchards right outside. Very peaceful. Kerikeri is a great base for visiting other places like Russell. It also has great markets!

Was an Okay stay.

The setup was very nice and the lady who took me around was very helpful.The kitchen and bathroom setup was good.

There was traffic noise especially in the morning. The fridge was very noisy and did not sleep well because of the noise. The sofa was very low and soft and once I sat down was difficult to get up again.I am short but would be very difficult far a tall person. The TV did not tilt enough to watch from the bed.That would have been helpful.
